“The banging and drilling work not great when your relaxing. We complained to customer service but nothing was done, no feedback.
One of restaurants available to deluxe customers were closed off. Would have liked our upgrade fee refunded. Didnt even get a welcome drink on arrival. The room porter did more for us than reception. Probably wont be returning, wont be able to afford the prices once the refurb is finished.
rooms are in need of upgrade. We upgraded to z deluxe room as the room we were given had a massive tree outside the balcony, thinking we were going to have a few perks . Not impressed at all. Can we have our upgrade fee back please??”

“Previously the Hesperia Playa Dorada. This 4☆ Hotel punches well above its weight .The food ,bars and rooms are all excellent. Evening entertainment was good .
However the strength of this place is their staff .Always helpful ,smiling and working so hard.
Soon it will close for major refurbishment and then re-open as a 5☆ (Dreams)
I hope they keep all their strengths!
