“Ok hotel in a good location but overall an underwhelming experience.
Checked in on the mobile app. Never informed my room was ready even though I arrived well after check-in time. I didn't have my Hilton credit card on me but tried to use tap to pay but no contactless payment accepted (this would have been a non-issue if mobile check-in worked). When I checked out, payment was applied to a different card, not that one I switched it to when I checked in.
A lot of deferred maintenance issues in the room. Dust in vents, damage to multiple items in the bathroom.
Parking cost is a bit excessive for Columbia, SC but resourceful folks will figure out the work around.
Think I will check out the Aloft a few blocks away next time I find myself in Cola.”

“Upon check in, the staff were incredibly unprofessional. Wearing hideous sunglasses at the check in desk, AT NIGHT, slumped over the counter, seemingly annoyed at our presence. Not the typical Hilton standard I'm use to. Our king junior suite was not cleaned very well. Body wash was completely empty in the shower, lightbulbs were out in the sitting room, glasses with the ice bucket were dirty. No attention to detail.”
