Meio datado e muito impessoal.

This Hilton had a lovely lobby with a bar, lots of seating, and a snack area. The rooms were updated and very clean, and they are pet friendly for a $50 fee, which is much lower than most hotels. The reasoning for 4-stars is because we stayed on the second floor and immediately upon leaving the elevator, we were welcomed with the stench of cigarette smoke. The floor (or at least room itself) were non-smoking but it made us think that they remodeled the rooms and not the hallway. It was upsetting because when we walked in our room, at first we didn’t smell it but it wafted in or was lingering in from the hallway. The bed was comfortable and although our thermostat said it was out of batteries, we were able to put it down to about 65° and the room was cool. Overall, I’d stay there again if we had to (we were only there for 1-night), but just beware of the cigarette smell!

Horrível. Formigas estavam por todo o meu quarto e na comida dos meus cães. O café da manhã era muito nojento. 0/10 muito sujo com muitos bugs e o banheiro entupiu várias vezes sem ninguém usar.

Maggie foi incrível!! A equipe da manhã também foi incrível! ! Ótimo lugar a única coisa que chupou foi a piscina estava para baixo, eles estão esperando uma parte também entrar. Mas tudo o resto foi incrível! Retornará...

Hilton sempre tem camas incríveis… os quartos eram limpos (exceto a banheira… havia um monte de cabelo do último hóspede - ugh). Mas o café da manhã quente era muito, muito bom. Acredito que eles acabaram de contratar um novo serviço e foi uma decisão sábia. Fiquei surpreso que eles permitem fumar nos quartos ... elevador e corredores cheiravam a fumaça de vape / maconha. Portanto, se isso não é o seu caso, cuidado com o comprador.

Horrible. Ants were all over my room and in my dogs food. The breakfast was very gross. 0/10 very dirty with lots of bugs and toilet got clogged several times without anyone using it.

Hilton siempre tiene camas increíbles... las habitaciones estaban limpias (excepto la bañera... había un montón de cabello del último huésped - ugh). Pero el desayuno caliente era muy, muy bueno. Creo que acaban de contratar un nuevo servicio y fue una sabia decisión. Me sorprendió que permitieran fumar en las habitaciones... El ascensor y los pasillos apestaban a humo de vape/hierba. Así que si esto no es lo tuyo, cuidado con el comprador.

Maggie was awesome!! An the morning staff was also awesome!! Great place the only thing that sucked was the pool was down, they are waiting on a part too come in. But everything else was awesome!! Will return...

Hilton always has amazing beds… rooms were clean (except the tub… there was a bunch of hair from last guest - ugh). But the hot breakfast was very, very good. I believe they just hired a new service and it was a wise decision. I was surprised they allow smoking in the rooms… elevator and hallways reeked of vape smoke / weed. So if this is not your thing, buyer beware.

Este lugar não se responsabiliza por nada. Meu noivo e eu bloqueamos 10 quartos com este local para nosso casamento em outubro. Concluímos esses planos em maio do mesmo ano. Assim que as pessoas começaram a ligar para reservar os quartos, não houve indicação de que existia algo que havíamos feito com eles e não assumimos qualquer responsabilidade pelo fato de terem sido cancelados voluntariamente. Eles não puderam nos dizer informações básicas sobre quem reservou quartos, quem cancelou, quem pagou os quartos e as pessoas com quem falamos em maio, aparentemente, nunca existiram lá, embora esse fosse o número para o qual ligamos para fazer as reservas.Eles tentaram nos culpar pelo cancelamento, o que é completamente estúpido, considerando que precisávamos de hotéis para nossos hóspedes ...A única coisa positiva que posso dizer é que a mulher com quem falamos pessoalmente na recepção foi extremamente educada e nos mostrou o que precisávamos ver para perceber que este lugar não aguenta bloquear quartos.Se você está indo aqui para uma estadia de uma noite, tudo bem. Qualquer coisa muito complicada eu iria para outro lugar como o Hawthorne ou Comfort Inn.

This place takes no accountability for anything. My fiancé and I blocked off 10 rooms with this location for our wedding in October. We had finalized these plans in May of the same year. As soon as people started to call to book the rooms there was no indication that anything that we had done with them existed and took no accountability for the fact that they were canceled willingly. They couldn’t tell us basic information about who booked rooms, who canceled it, who paid for rooms, and the people that we spoke to in May apparently never existed there even though that was the number that we called to make the reservations for.They tried blaming the cancellation on us which is completely asinine considering we needed hotels for our guests...The only positive thing I can say is that the woman who we spoke to in person at the desk was extremely polite and showed us what we needed to see to realize this place can’t handle blocking off rooms.If you’re going here for a one night stay, then fine. Anything too complicated I would go elsewhere like the Hawthorne or Comfort Inn.

Fizemos reservas em abril para a nossa estadia de 3 noites esta semana. Tínhamos reservado um quarto king. Quando chegamos, foi dado um quarto queen. Quando falei com o funcionário da recepção sobre isso, ela disse que não havia quartos king à esquerda (embora tenhamos feito reservas há 3 meses). Havia lixo nos corredores e fora do nosso quarto. Havia um grupo de pessoas na recepção com o funcionário da noite 2 de nossos 3 noites. A maconha pode ser cheirada nos corredores e do lado de fora, no estacionamento. Em nossa última noite, houve uma festa, gritos e discussões acontecendo no meio da noite. Estávamos no primeiro andar, perto do lobby, então o barulho foi ouvido pelo funcionário da recepção, mas nada foi feito a respeito. O quarto era adequado. A cama era firme e ok. O quarto era limpo, mas mostrou algum desgaste. A pressão do chuveiro era boa. A água estava quente.

Hilton ganha dinheiro, compra decoração para parecer chique para a frente do hotel para atrair hóspedes .. mas as camas são baratas, duras e desconfortáveis. nem mesmo 72 horas depois e minhas costas estão doendo extremas por causa da cama king size. que maneira de ser barato e gastar seus fundos. Eles não limpam. Esta manhã encontrei meias sujas, roupa interior e uma tampa de garrafa de cerveja debaixo do sofá! Eu não bebo cerveja. Quem sabe há quanto tempo está aí. todos os itens embaixo do sofá ficarão lá. Os quartos estão sujos. As manchas estão por toda parte, não apenas na roupa de cama. O quarto cheira constantemente a uma casa de repouso. A água quente dura 5 minutos no chuveiro. Na maioria das vezes não há água quente, apenas água morna. Os chuveiros são horríveis. Nenhum serviço para as necessidades dos hóspedes. Peguei o lixo esta manhã e descobri que dentro da lata é muito nojento. Meu quarto foi até "limpo" pelas empregadas no dia anterior, mas minha lata estava horrível com o lixo. Eles meio limpos você está melhor em um Marriott.

We made reservations in April for our 3 night stay this week. We reserved a king room. When we checked in we were given a queen room. When I spoke to the front desk employee about it she said there were no king rooms left (even though we made reservations 3 months ago). There was trash in the halls and just outside our room. There was a group of people hanging out at the front desk with the evening employee 2 of our 3 nights. Marijuana could be smelled in the halls and outside in the parking lot. On our last night, there was partying, yelling, arguing going on in the middle of the night. We were on the first floor near the lobby, so the noise was heard by the front desk employee but nothing was done about it. The room was adequate. The bed was firm and ok. The room was clean but did show some wear and tear. The shower pressure was good. The water was hot.

Hilton makes money, purchases decor to look fancy for the front of the hotel to lure in guests.. but the beds are cheap hard and uncomfortable. not even 72 hours later and my back is in extreme pain from the king bed. what a way to be cheap and spend your funds. They do not clean. This morning I found dirty socks, underwear and a beer bottle cap underneath the couch! I do not drink beer. Who knows how long it's been there. all items under the couch will stay there.Rooms are dirty. Stains are everywhere not just in the bed linen. Room constantly smells like a nursing home. Hot water lasts 5 minutes in shower. Most times there isn't any hot water just warm water. Shower heads are horrible. No service to guests needs. Took the trash out this morning and found that inside of the canis very disgiusting. My room was even "cleaned" by the maidsthe day before but my can was nasty with trash. They half clean you're better off at a Marriott.

It is clean. It’s also next to good food.

EVER STAY AT THIS HILTON PROPERTY!!!! HILTON NEEDS TO ISSUE REFUNDS TO ALL HILTON HONORS THAT HAS HAD A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE AT THIS PROPERTY.

Typical for a stay during the height of the COVID period (mid 2020)-- lacks amenities and resources to serve the guests to expectations.The room was nice and the staff was friendly.Considering the overall experience, it is way over-priced.

O quarto estava limpo. Mas na minha cama estava apenas a capa do edredom sem nenhum edredom de verdade dentro. Não era um grande fã de descer constantemente todos os dias para o lobby só para pegar um balde de gelo. Também todos os dias eu tinha que entrar no "wi-fi premium" por 9 noites a cada 24 horas. O lugar estava super lotado o tempo todo, então certifique-se de fazer uma reserva com antecedência. Alguns dos membros da equipe eram bons.

The room was clean. But on my bed was just the comforter cover with no actual comforter within. Wasn't a huge fan of constantly going downstairs every day to the lobby just to get a bucket of ice. Also everyday I had to sign into the "premium wifi" for 9 nights every 24 hours. Place was super packed all the time so make sure to get a reservation early. Some of the staff members were nice.

Breakfast at this property is very poor and their excuse is covid, the Property by the airport which is 10 minutes away serves good breakfast and is another Hilton Inn. Not sure why will they use...

I have stayed at several Hilton garden Inns and have never had a bad experience... until now. Between the slamming doors outside of my room all night and the stained towels, I really was not...
