“My wife and I are from out of state and she is handicapped (in a wheel chair, cant' walk and is 90 percent blind).So our needs are special.We had been staying at the Hampton Inn for a 3 days and got so so service. We were promised a two day extension to 5 days and then later that day were told we only had one day.It was hours of trying to find another hotel.So we left and found a Hilton in Roseville that had one night we could stay.At this hotel we were told we had a handicap room at the end of the hall and could enter the door right next to the room.I drive around an park and there is a 14 inch curb to the side walk with NO HANDICAP ACCESS unless we take the wheel chair back to the main entrance and enter the building or take the side walk from there.So we entered the main entrance, my wife was upset and told the clerk that there was no access right next to our room, the clerk said she didn't know that.They started to argue and the clerk was very rude yelling at my wife and said you can leave and I'm cancelling your reservation right now instead of being polite.The clerk refused to give an apology.This was the only room I had found in 6 hours of searching with in a 60 mile radius.So I told them both to be quiet we would keep the room.The next day we searched all day calling around and could find nothing.We drove back to Elk Grove to try and find a hotel near Laguna and highway 99.The second hotel was the Hilton Garden Inn, I went inside and the gentlemen at the desk whose name was Patrick said all the rooms were booked for the weekend, this is what we had run into at all the other hotels.Patrick suggested we try in Lodi, I laughed and told Patrick we had been trying all day in a 60 mile radius and had found nothing.I thanked him and as I was walking away he said wait and minute and let me see what I can do.He must have seen my frustration.He did a some checking and said he had a room that is kept as a spare incase a guest in the hotel had a problem with there room.He said he wasn't supposed to do this but could give us a room for one night and it was a handicap room!We had a great stay and got some rest.Thank You Patrick!”

“Minha esposa e eu somos de fora do estado e ela é deficiente (em uma cadeira de rodas, não pode andar e é 90 por cento cega). Portanto, nossas necessidades são especiais. O hotel se hospedar no Hampton Inn por 3 dias e got tão serviço. Foi-nos prometido uma extensão de dois dias para 5 dias e, mais tarde naquele dia, fomos informados que tínhamos apenas um dia. Eu dirijo ao redor de um parque e há um meio-fio de 14 polegadas ao lado da calçada SEM ACESSO PARA HANDICAP, a menos que levemos a cadeira de rodas de volta para a entrada principal e entremos no prédio ou façamos a calçada lateral de lá. Então entramos pela entrada principal, minha esposa ficou chateada e disse para a balconista que não tinha acesso logo ao lado do nosso quarto, a balconista disse que não sabia disso. Eles começaram a discutir e o funcionário foi muito rude gritando com minha esposa e disse que você pode ir embora e estou cancelando sua reserva agora em vez de ser educado. O funcionário se recusou a pedir desculpas. Este foi o único quarto que eu encontrei em 6 horas de busca em um raio de 60 milhas. Então eu disse a eles que ficassem quietos, nós ficaríamos com o quarto.No dia seguinte, procuramos o dia todo ligando e não encontramos nada. Voltamos para Elk Grove para tentar encontrar um hotel perto de Laguna e da rodovia 99. O segundo hotel foi o Hilton Garden Inn, entrei e os senhores na recepção, cujo nome era Patrick, disseram que todos os quartos estavam reservados para o fim de semana, foi isso que havíamos encontrado em todos os outros hotéis. Patrick sugeriu que tentássemos em Lodi, eu ri e disse a Patrick que tentamos o dia todo em um raio de 60 milhas e não encontramos nada. Agradeci e, enquanto me afastava, ele disse espere e deixe-me ver o que posso fazer. Ele deve ter visto minha frustração. Ele fez uma verificação e disse que tinha um quarto que estava reservado para o caso de um hóspede do hotel ter um problema com o quarto. Ele disse que não era para fazer isso, mas poderia nos dar um quarto por uma noite e era um quarto para deficientes físicos! Nós tivemos uma ótima estadia e descansamos um pouco. Obrigado Patrick!”
