“He sido leal a Hilton durante casi 15 años. He vacilado entre el estatus de oro y plata. Para un hotel nuevo, este lugar está mal administrado. Estaba usando el inodoro y el asiento del inodoro literalmente se salió y casi me caigo al suelo. Había cabello en la ducha, cabello en el lavabo y un cabello en mi almohada. Las sábanas ni siquiera olían a fresco. Mi empresa tiene una tarifa negociada que incluye el desayuno y hubo confusión sobre lo que estaba incluido.
