“Room was clean and comfortable. Not a very pleasant welcome on arrival. No please and thank you from receptionist, barely advised my room number. No details of breakfast or lounge times. Breakfast a good selection and team friendly. Lounge happy hour had good selection of food and drinks.”

“I cannot say enough positive things about my experience here. First of all , perfect place for a holiday stay; close enough to the sites of London without the noise and confusion of the city. The view of the London Tower bridge both by day and night never gets old The staff exceeded my expectations and helped me with the check in process when I was so sleep deprived I hadn’t even noticed I booked for the wrong dates, thank you Lucy. And Mary from the front desk became a family member checking in and helping us throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the only place I’ll ever stay when I’m the London area”
