“No vuelvo!
— Vidal Barbosa Rivera
“It was a disappointing experience from beginning to end. The room fails in comparison to the money being spent for an experience and what should be a great stay away from home. I was never engaged by staff at any moment of my stay and the room was not dusted. A queen bed offered instead of king selected. Bathroom wasn't working to standards of a hotel name of this caliber. It was just lack luster and unworthy of a future stay or business.”
— Orlando Poventud
