I had to make multiple phone calls to get issues settled. My family and I had towels/sheets with blood stains on them. My wife and I had to dry using a hand towel. Subsequently, we didn't receive fresh towels until the next day. The door was missing a sweep on the bottom and the room temperature could not be maintained at a warm temperature. For the first night, I used the dirty towel to keep our room warm. It is apparent that no one had bee in the room for quit some time as there were spider webs and cob webs in the room. As a DIAMOND member, I was severely disappointed. The room service kept the rating at 5. Food was good-thank goodness.

Foi uma ótima estadia. Todos foram simpáticos e acolhedores e tudo estava super limpo. Eu pedi um café extra para o quarto e recebi imediatamente. Teve café-da-manhã e o serviço foi excepcional e a comida foi ótimo também. Obrigado por um bom fim de semana.

Was a terrific stay. Everyone was friendly & welcoming and everything was super clean. I asked for extra coffee for the room and got it right away. Had breakfast in the morning and the service was exceptional and the food was terrific too. Thank you for a nice weekend.

Não se esqueça de usar Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ ao reservar um hotel. Este site irá comparar milhares de sites de reservas e normalmente terá quartos muito mais baratos do que outros! Agradeça-me mais tarde! Este resort é um dos meus favoritos na área. Estou aqui há muito tempo. Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a hotel. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down. Last minute trip in the middle of the week excellent accommodations but the view day or night beautiful

Uma experiência absolutamente horrível! Não desperdice seu dinheiro com esta desculpa esfarrapada e desagradável de resort. Hospedado 2 noites durante o Natal. Eles nos colocaram em uma sala com uma porta de entrada externa e o vento soprava pela porta com um assobio alto. Muito irritante! O chuveiro tinha manchas de ferrugem ao redor das alças. Sem smart TV e Wi-Fi lento, não foi possível transmitir nossos dispositivos. A porta deslizante do pátio foi muito difícil de abrir, fazendo com que minha esposa quebrasse uma unha que acabara de fazer. A cafeteria quase nunca ficava aberta e o café na sala era terrível. Ninguém nunca veio ao quarto para ver se precisávamos de arrumação. Nosso aquecedor não funcionou e caiu para 62 ° F no quarto, então tivemos que dormir com nossas roupas. Pedimos cobertores extras e trouxeram cobertores sujos com buracos de queimadura e manchas por todos os lados. O ofurô e piscina coberta, que é anunciado, não está nem no local. Você tem que dirigir 10 minutos até um local separado. O ofurô ao ar livre estava sujo e tinha folhas. A mobília externa estava mofada e coberta de areia. Nenhuma das fogueiras ou aquecedores externos estava funcionando. As varandas são perigosas, especialmente para crianças pequenas, porque os balaústres / piquetes de corrimão são muito espaçados. O gerente se recusou a falar conosco. Eles ofereceram pontos de honra e então os creditaram na conta errada. Estaremos disputando as cobranças com a administradora do cartão de crédito. Que pesadelo! Nós nunca vamos ficar lá novamente e não recomendo a ninguém. Espero que eles leiam este comentário e tentem consertá-lo conosco, limpar o local e corrigir os problemas de segurança. Se o fizerem, atualizarei meu comentário, mas por agora, faça um favor a si mesmo: fique em algum lugar além do Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort! 👎👎

An absolutely horrible experience! Do not waste your money at this rundown, nasty excuse of a resort. Stayed 2 nights over Christmas. They stuck us in a room with an exterior entry door and the wind came in around the door with a loud whistle. Very annoying! The shower had rust stains around the handles. No smart TV and slow Wi-Fi so we couldn't stream our devices. The sliding patio door was very hard to open causing my wife to break off a fingernail that she had just manicured. The coffee shop was hardly ever open and the coffee in the room was terrible. No one ever came to the room to see if we needed housekeeping. Our heater didn't work and it got down to 62°F in the room so we had to sleep in our clothes. We ask for extra blankets and they brought dirty ones with burn holes & stains all over them. The indoor hot tub & pool, that is advertised, is not even on site. You have to drive 10 minutes to a separate location. The outdoor hot tub was dirty and had leaves in it. The outdoor furniture was mildewy and covered with sand. None of the outside fire pits or heaters were working. The balconies are dangerous especially for small children because the railing balusters/pickets are spaced too far apart. A clear safety code violation that would allow a child to slip right through. Crazy!! We ask for some compensation for the lack of service and all the inconveniences but we were told they couldn't comp anything because we went through a third party site to book our stay. The manager refused to come out to speak with us. They offered honor points then credited them to the wrong account. We will be disputing the charges with the credit card company. What a nightmare! We'll never stay there again and don't recommend it to anyone. I hope they read this review and try to make it right with us, clean up the place and correct the safety issues. If they do, I will update my review, but for now, please do yourself a favor, stay somewhere besides the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort! 👎👎

Very good experience at the Myrtle Beach location. My only gripe is they want $30 to check in early. When you have a business group of 50 plus rooms being rented, use some common sense. If the rooms are ready, why not let the business group drop their luggage in their own room? The location is right on the beach. Rooms were clean. If you have to get to the airport early in the morning, be sure to set it up the night before. We had the gentleman at the door do it for us and it worked out great!

Não é a qualidade Hilton, paredes com pintura lascada, o chão do meu quarto não foi limpo, lascas no chão de ocupantes anteriores, a maçaneta da porta do banheiro é muito perdida, o quarto não tem cheiro de fresco. O cara da recepção age como se estivesse em algum motel barato de Hilton. Gastar 200 dólares por noite não valia nada. Passei uma noite no Hampton Inn e que era 100 vezes mais limpo e melhor quarto e hotel em geral. Parece que o hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente ...

A localização é boa, à procura de um hotel à beira-mar e não nos decepcionou. A proximidade com lojas e restaurantes também são excelentes. A vista da varanda é agradável. No entanto, não veio com nada (sem café da manhã) e sem serviço (sem limpeza / troca de toalhas). Tive que pedir água, café, açúcar, creme, na recepção, etc. (não pedíamos diariamente, então apenas continue com o que é dado a nós. Seria melhor se eles perguntassem quantos dias ficamos e dermos alimentos suficientes 1x). Também precisamos encontrar serviço de arrumação se quiséssemos trocar nossas toalhas (ficamos 4 noites) e eles só carregavam toalhas limitadas para troca. De qualquer forma, é apenas um inconveniente simples, mas a localização é ótima.

It's not Hilton quality, walls with chipped paint, my room floor was not cleaned, chips on floor from previous occupants, bathroom door handle is very lose, room don't smell fresh. Guy on the front desk acts like he is in some cheep motel not in Hilton. Spending 200 dollars for night not worth at all. I spend one night in Hampton inn and that was 100 times cleaner and better room and hotel in general. Seems like hotel need a renovation badly...

Location is good, looking for a beachfront hotel & it didn’t disappoint us. The close proximity for shopping & dining are also great.The view from balcony is nice. Howeverit didn’tcome with anything (no breakfast) & no service (no cleaning/changing towels) at all. Had to ask front desk for water, coffee, sugar, creamer etc (we didn’t ask daily so just get by with what’s given to us. Would be better if they asked how many days we stayed & gave enough stuffs 1x). We also need to find housekeeping if we wanted to change our towels (stayed 4 nights) & they were only carry limited towels for exchange.Anyway it’s just a simple inconvenience but location is great.

Fiquei hospedado no Royale Condominiums, lugar fenomenal. A equipe é tão amigável quanto você pode esperar nesta linha de trabalho. Minha TV não estava funcionando na sala principal, eles vieram rapidamente para consertar. As piscinas eram ótimas. O bar estava ótimo. Tudo estava maravilhoso. Se eu pudesse avaliar este 10/10, eu o faria. Definitivamente, adoraria ficar de novo

I stayed at Royale Condominiums, phenomenal place. Staff is as friendly as you can expect in this line of work. My TV wasn’t working in the master room, they quickly came to fix it. The pools were great. The bar was great. Everything was wonderful. If I could rate this 10/10 I would. Definitely would love to stay again

Linda e limpa. A equipe foi simpática e prestativa. Pegamos o traslado algumas vezes, não esperamos muito. A Starbucks foi ótima. A vista para o mar e as pesquisas foram fabulosas. Altamente recomendado. Viemos de CT e valeu a pena as muitas horas no carro para chegar aqui!

Beautiful and clean.The staff was nice and helpful.We took the shuttle a few times we did not wait long at all. Starbucks was great.The ocean view and polls were fabulous.Highly recommended.We came all the way from CT it was worth the many hours in the car getting here!

La ubicación es perfecta. Está justo en frente de la playa. Es grandísimo. Hay tres piscinas. Hay restaurantes y tiendas en el hotel. Nos quedamos en el cuarto piso. Cada cuarto tiene una vista del mar. Aunque todo es lindo, hay partes que son viejos. La playa es muy bonita también y no había mucha gente.

El hotel es viejo y descuidado. Eso no importaría si estuviera limpio, pero está lleno de polvo. En el balcón de la habitación habían residuos de una fiesta. Pagamos demasiado dinero por un hotel que no vale ni la mitad....

Es un hotel muy sucio y ademas descuidado, les hace falta personal. Yo viaje para asistir a una boda llegue tarde a recoger mi llave pues supuestamente yo habia hecho un Pre check inn pero no lo respetaron y ademas la habitacion estaba sucia y yo ñienso que habia hasta pulgas pues toda la noche tube comezon y no pude dormir. El gerente me atendio al dia siguiente me desconto esa noche y me cambiaron a unos condominios que pertenecen al mismo complex.
