Os quartos são limpos e bonitos. Tudo é bem novo. O banheiro é grande e bem iluminado. A decoração é colorida e alegre. O atendimento é muito cordial. O hotel possui Shuttle para o aeroporto e guarda suas malas por um tempo mesmo após o checkout. O café da manhã tem uma variedade normal e produtos de ótima qualidade. O lobby do hotel e lindo. Gostei de tudo lá.

We stayed here for our short 3 days visit to Boston. We chose this hotel because of its location, short drive to the airport, as we had an early flight back home. Drive to city center was also not bad, around 20 mins. Room was quite big, beds were comfy. Breakfast was ok, we tried it only once, they didn't have waffles, so my kids were disappointed.

I booked a king size room and when I was checked in they put me in a standard double queen, they had over booked the hotel, the breakfast was $15 per person and the counter person said everything was fresh food. When my son and I ate all the bread products were hard and old. Apparently parking was not mentioned either and to top it off another$15 for the parking which was over crowded to begin with. Yes they have a pool BUT only 45min a day or could be used by signing in. My son and I had to swim early in the morning because the pool was over booked as well. The beds were kinda hard, the only thing I actually liked was the shower. Other than that I would never recommend anyone to stay at the over priced hotel ever again.

Not bad for the price we paid. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel area are clean and looks like a new property. Surrounding area are nice creek and some shops. Also less then a mile to beach area.

Nice hotel with nice rooms. The lady who checked us in was very pleasant. Only downside is no free shuttle to the airport.

Eles então sugeriram um quarto queen que continha camas separadas para meu marido e eu dormirmos?! Louco. Finalmente, depois de não desistir dessa reserva, eles "magicamente" encontraram mais um quarto king. Também o estacionamento custa $ 15 por noite, no entanto, não há vagas suficientes no estacionamento para todos os hóspedes. Descobrimos isso depois de pagar o estacionamento, sair para jantar e quando chegamos não havia lugar para estacionar. Poderíamos ter estacionado no estacionamento ao lado do hotel gratuitamente. Place looks fancy outside and in the rooms, overall look is nice. However, their website stated they have a shuttle service, that's a lie. They also charged an extra $100 to my card for a "deposit I will get back after check out." What if I didn't have the extra $100 for the deposit? Why was it not listed accurately on their website informing me of the extra charge and the fact that you have to pay extra for their breakfast, or that there's no shuttle service and hasn't been for over 2 years? Would never stay here again. No transparency at all.

My husband and I did a weekend getaway to Boston. We chose this place because it had good reviews, looked nice and clean, and was central to all the attractions we wanted to go to. I was disappointed when we arrived as I confirmed our our reservation when it was booked as well as the day before our arrival. I confirmed that it was a King nonsmoking room and that our arrival time would be between 8-9pm. Everything was confirmed and we were very excited for our stay. We arrived and the person checking us in said there were no more king rooms available! I told him how could it be possible that I reserved a king room, confirmed the day before and we show up and nothing is available. They then suggested a queen room which contained separate beds for my husband and I to sleep in?! Crazy. Finally after back and forth of not letting up about this reservation somehow they "magically" found one more king bedroom. Also parking is $15 night, however there are not enough spots in the lot for all the guests. We found this out after paying for parking, going out to dinner and when we arrived there was nowhere to park. We could have parked in the lot next to the hotel for free. Which we ended up having to park over there but didn't get our money back for parking. I highly recommend Triple confirming your reservation and taking the name down of the person you spoke to. Although these two things happened at the beginning of our trip, we overall had a enjoyable experience. The bedroom was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, and they have really nice blackout curtains to sleep in. Overall the facility itself was very nice and the weekend turned out great.

Great location. Beds are very comfortable, and the room was clean! Only downside is the shower pressure is really low. Located next to a walgreens, great for any items you may have forgotten. Restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

O lugar é limpo e bem conservado. As camas eram confortáveis. A melhor parte foi o serviço. Nosso voo foi cancelado e reservado por meio de um serviço que a companhia aérea nos disse para usar para obter um "desconto de voo cancelado". Uma vez que pagamos este terceiro, eles nunca reservaram o quarto de hotel para nós. Place is clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. The best part was the service. We had our flight cancelled and booked through a service the airline told us to use to get a "cancelled flight discount". Once we paid this third party they never booked the hotel room for us. Edgar at the front desk managed to find us a room as quickly as he could ( jam packed with people and he was the only one working). I would absolutely stay here again. Someone give Edgar a raise and some freaking assistance.
