The room size is big. The staff are very helpful. Particularly Mr. Emad has supported me in a big way. Restaurant is nice and we can see varieties of choices available. Location is excellent and very close to Burjuman Metro Station. You can get lot of Indian Restaurants near by in walkable distance. Overall it was an nice experience for Business vists or even for tourists.

Worst ever experience of their banquet services. Their banquet manager is the most unorganized and unprofessional lady. Food was terrible and their pathetic services were cherry on the cake. Overall a 3rd grade hotel and their staffs. This hotel is surrounded by low grade residential area. If you open your curtains find. Shabby balconies filled with trashes and half naked people sitting there.

Not happy with Bur Dubai Holiday inn branch. Service is so pathetic despite complaining at front desk, they don't bother to rectify it. Chair inside room was hell filthy. Electric kettle in room for tea was stinking badly. Washroom walls and tub in bad shape. Dust bin in toilet all rusted. Is this 4 star hotel or a railway station Inn? I have lived other holidays Inn but never had such experience. Towels provided in washroom were way older n they were not white anymore. My request to all dear fellows making reservation in this hotel think twice. Management here is worse.

I have been wanting to write this review for long but didn't get time to. This may be late but I feel it necessary for others holding events at The Holiday Inn to know. The main message I hope to give is for those planning to have events at this hotel, I think it best to get in writing the timings and the specifics of your event from the hotel or the staff you are coordinating with. I say this from experience. We had hosted an party at the Holiday Inn in June. The timings we had informed and gotten confirmed were from 7pm to 2am but the day of the event at 7:30pm, half hour after it had started and after most guests had arrived we were informed that we could have it only till midnight. This is not very possible, the minimum a party lasts is at least till 2 especially here in Dubai and they were asking us to shut the party down at 12. This ruined our mood since the start. Another disappointing thing was the food, not all guests got to eat their fill, starters were barely sufficient and same goes for the main course. The hotel staff we were coordinating with seemed nice at first but telling us the change in timings only after the party starts and going to the DJ herself and shouting to close the party is just plain wrong. Towards the end, she was also making snide faces at us while kindly speaking to those organizing the next booking for the hall for whom they made us end earlier. In conclusion, this hotel is a 10 on 10 do not recommend to host you events but if you do I would advise you get especially the timings in writing from the hotel before hand. The only reason I gave a one star is because that was the minimum given on google reviews.
