“Anticuado y falto de mantenimiento. Apenas agua en el lavabo, olor a tabaco insoportable en la habitación de no fumadores. Ruido exterior excesivo por mala insonorización. Luces en la zona de la piscina fundidas.”

“Great accomodation for a three star hotel, provides a microwave in the room and x2 bottles of water each day. Nice shampoo and conditioner, bath & body works and dove brand. Lobby has complimentary coffee, and on level 9 there’s a complimentary guest laundry. After 2 weeks of traveling the laundry facilities came in very handy. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay, only feedback for improvement / constructive criticism would be the staffs service, when we checked in and and also went back to ask the reception some questions they were talking on the cellphone to a friend, and talking to their work colleague, I feel the full attention should be on the customer you are serving, not having a private conversation while we’re there. Other than that everything else has been great so I’ve given them a 5 star rating 😊”
