“The room was smelly, then someone smoked somewhere and it seemed to vent into our room - yuck. No vending machines anywhere onsite. Thermostat would not stay on. Overall, not a good experience. I would say the staff was VERY friendly. Had to go up a set of stairs and then back down a set of stairs to get to our room. We had six heavy bags. Not fun! The staff was nice and courteous. No sign at the gate telling you this was the hotel entrance.”

“We had to ask for a different room because of the mold on the wall and the worn furniture, the food we had in the room was not good, had onion rings and they didn't have ketchup but had ketchup at breakfast. 1st room was awful! The info packet in the room was dated for 2009 and not current for visitors, the menu for room service was not current either, we will definitely not stay there again! The bed was comfortable and the pillows. 1st room they gave us had mold all over one wall & window, couch was worn, bed had spring mattress, and 2nd room better.”
