Amazing hospitality, place was clean, rooms were newly updated, staff were very helpful & amazing also loved the pools, hot tubs and the game rooms . Alot of the hotel was still closed for re-model but it didn't affect our stay. Loved the fire pits outside, the outdoor grills so you can cook outside and the outside seating. Will definitely go back and stay agian when I am in MN agian. Thank you agian for the warm welcome and wonderful stay!

Os outros comentários estão certos. Desonesto. O quarto era limpo e agradável. Mas o micro-ondas continuava acionando um disjuntor. Risco de incêndio. Há muita construção. Ele precisa disso. Não espere que tudo seja igual ou que tudo funcione como antes. Há bares e um Wal-Mart ao lado.

Las otras críticas tienen razón. No es honesto. La habitación estaba limpia y era agradable. Pero el microondas seguía disparando un interruptor. Peligro de incendio. Hay mucha construcción. Lo necesita. No espere que todo sea igual o que todo funcione como antes. Hay bares y un Wal-Mart al lado.

The other reviews are right. Not honest. The room was clean and nice. But the microwave kept tripping a breaker. Fire hazard. There is a lot of construction. It needs it. Don't expect everything to be the same or everything to work like it did before. There is bars and a Wal-Mart next door.

My room was spotless, had nice updated decor, and the beds were super comfy. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. If you have kids this place is awesome; there's an indoor playground, two pools and an arcade!

This is definitely the worst IHG hotel we’ve stayed in for work. It felt like a choice or Wyndham hotel. The outside looks new and the inside is the complete opposite. Very dated rooms, decor, hallways, appliances, etc. Breakfast is over priced with a menu of 5 items you can pick from and the food isn’t even good. Hallways smelled like weed or smoke coming from different rooms. Upon checkout we were asking the lady at the front desk a question. This caused a manager in a suit to come out and he was incredibly rude to the lady helping us. Quite shocking since we were standing right there.

Stayed 9/20/2020. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Made our reservations 3 months prior to our stay. Stressed to the front desk at the time I made the reservation the room MUST be on 1st floor for medical reasons. Called again 3 days before arriving confirming the availability of the 1 st floor and was told no problem. We arrived to check in and our room was on the 3rd floor. We asked to be placed on the 1st floor but was told the staff had not cleaned the rooms on 1st floor and were no longer there so we decided to leave and find another hotel. There were no openings in other hotels so we went to leave to travel to another location, when the front desk person came up with clean rooms on the 1st floor. The hotel was dirty, the rooms were dirty. There were Foot prints on the bed covering, dust and dirt everywhere, the furniture in the room was broken. The hotel was under construction and the work crew started at 6 AM. I was so HAPPY to CHECK OUT. One GOOD thing, the restaurant served a great breakfast (not included in your stay). Our server was outstanding. Drive right pass this place if your in town. There are plenty of other hotels in this town.
