“Terrible customer service!
We called the hotel directly to make our reservation and the front desk employee told us we could park our car in their lot after our overnight stay while we were on a short trip out of town (flying out of IAH), using their hotel shuttle to get to the airport for our early morning flight. We drove 60 miles to the hotel, arriving after 8pm and, upon checking in, I inquired as to where I should park my car while we were gone. The desk clerk told me that I had been given incorrect information and that we were not allowed to leave our car in their parking lot after we checked out. Since this was the main reason we chose this hotel over others (and having this convenience was the only reason we were staying overnight near the airport), we were not happy. I feel that they should have honored what we were told while making the reservation as their employees are the hotel representatives. We made a reservation at another hotel nearby (for less money) that allowed us to park there and left without staying there.”
