Adorável restaurante e bar no lobby com muito boa feira americana e tacos. A equipe é simpática e prestativa. O hotel está bem atualizado com ótima iluminação e estética moderna. A localização deixa um pouco a desejar, mas é definitivamente superada pelo valor da estadia.

Lovely restaurant and bar in the lobby with very good american fair and tacos. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely updated with great lighting and modern aesthetics. Location leaves a little bit to be desired, but is definitely outweighed by the value priced stay.

Edit: Depois de me acalmar e repensar minha estadia, adicionei duas estrelas apenas por causa do associado da recepção (acredito que o nome dela é Veronica), que foi EXTREMAMENTE útil durante toda a minha estadia, seja a única pessoa que foi útil. A outra estrela é para o garçom/servidor do restaurante Sade. Ela é maravilhosa! Me fez uma bebida que nem está no cardápio, perfeitamente! A salada de carnes vale bem a pena os US$ 18, eu pediria todos os dias se eu pudesse.

Eu usei este Holiday Inn como parte de um bloco de quarto durante o meu casamento. O hotel é muito limpo e os quartos foram reformados. A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa - gerente Jessica foi acima e além para nos acomodar. Embora não pareça muito do lado de fora, tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa aqui e meus convidados gostaram também.

I used this Holiday Inn as part of a room block during my wedding. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are renovated. The staff are very nice and helpful- manager Jessica went above and beyond to accommodate us. Though it doesn't look like much from the outside, we had a wonderful stay here and my guests enjoyed it as well..will visit again!

Edit: After calming down & rethinking my stay, I have added two stars solely because of the front desk associate (I believe her name is Veronica) who was EXTREMELY helpful my entire stay, be it, the only person who was helpful. The other star is for the bartender/restaurant server Sade. She is amazing! Made me a drink that's not even on the menu, perfectly! The steak salad is well worth the $18, I would order it every day if I could.

Good hotel in kind of a bad location. Right off I-95. Great American style breakfast. Pleasant staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Stayed there before a cruise. $15 uber from there to the port. Very convenient.

Eu nunca deixei um comentário online. Este será o primeiro e último. Viajo com frequência e esta foi a primeira vez. NÃO FIQUE AQUI. Este lugar me cobrou uma taxa aleatória de US$ 25,00 por um "secador de cabelo ausente" relatado pela arrumação depois que saímos. Depois de ignorar alguns e-mails que enviei, liguei para o telefone e o "gerente" da recepção era ignorante e forneceu zero ajuda com minha disputa. Ela não tinha ideia de como o serviço de limpeza mantém o controle e basicamente me convidou para escalar isso e contestá-lo com minha empresa de cartão de crédito. Eles poderiam literalmente dizer que está faltando alguma coisa e cobrar das pessoas o tempo todo. Isto está no topo da estadia em si sendo inferior na melhor das hipóteses. So this very special young lady Vanessa at front desk is just the best person for the job if it were not for her this review would not be a good one. It was a nice hotel actually.. The room I had was great if it wasn't for all the old damage and stains from past guests.. I'm guessing the room was used for parties at one point. I was genuinely concerned that I might have gotten blamed for some of the cosmetic stuff. The one thing I had an issue with was I wasn't aware that the hotel charges a deposit on top of the pay for the stay. So my money was tied up for a couple days. I booked them thru booking.com

I have never left an online review. This will be the first, and last. I travel often and this was a first. DON'T STAY HERE. This place charged me a random $25.00 fee for a "missing hair dryer" reported by housekeeping after we left. After ignoring a few emails I sent, I then called by phone and the front desk "manager" was ignorant and provided zero help with my dispute. She had no clue about how housekeeping keeps track, and basically invited me to escalate this and dispute it with my credit card company. They could literally say anything is missing and charge people all the time. This is on top of the stay itself being sub-par at best. Dirty floors everywhere, clueless front desk staff, terrible shower installation that leaked everywhere, and ZERO in-room amenities...there wasn't even a coffee maker or a bar of soap for the shower provided, let alone a hair dryer. Fraudulent hotel, and shame on both Holiday Inn and the IHG brand for allowing this. They were no help either as they claim "they leave it up to the individual hotel" to resolve. I could have taken that $25 and stayed at a Hampton. One positive: they let me check out at 12:00pm instead of 11:00am so that my girlfriend could teach her virtual class while we were away on vacation. That does not make up for anything unfortunately at this point, especially since housekeeping interrupted her twice after 11:00am because they "didn't get the memo". *UPDATE* I can see from the owner's response that my comments went right over their head. What were you going to do?...install a new shower, steam clean the floors, and hire a whole new staff? The reason for my review was mostly about the $25 you are trying to steal from me. Everything else was just easy to pile on top. Get a clue.

This hotel is only 5-6 miles from downtown Miami.Friendly front desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The beds and pillows were SUPER comfortable! The room was small, but was sufficient for our needs. It would have been nice if breakfast was included. We hope to find reasonable rates at this hotel so that we can stay again.

Si no cuentas con vehículo propio o rentado, no recomiendo utilizar este hotel pues está muy lejos de Miami Dowtown. Claro que te puedes movilizar utilizando Uber o transporte público (ruta 77). El vecindario no es muy confortable y el servicio y atención no son buenos.

Neat and clean stay, however, some things were majorly messed up. Guys, please improve the elevator access! You guys don't wanna risk guests' lives just for that unnecessary Holiday Inn card access inside of elevator. Me and my group kept on going from floor 1 to 5 without the door opening and at once, we felt our lives were at risk. At the very least, please advise as to how the elevator access works. We were told nothing about it and realized after the elevator doors were closed. Also, there is no hand soap/gel in the bathrooms. Seriously, like what is the price of a small hand wash gel or soap? Lastly, I'd like to sincerely say thanks to the attendants at the service desk for helping me out during an emergency, they extended our stay by a couple of hours.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Saturday: “How late can I check out without a late charge?” “Noon” I was told. The next day a different clerk informed me there would be a late charge if I checked out past 11:30 (“We’re not allowing late checkouts today,” were her exact words). Then I asked for two coffees for the coffee maker. She handed me two decaf. I said, “These are decaf” and gave them back to her. She looked in her drawer and said, “We’re temporarily out of the other coffees.” I was too shocked, tired and dismayed to muster a reply. I walked to the elevator. Another employee asked me how my was going. “Shitty” I told her, and explained the two reasons why. She then went and got me my two coffees. I’m not going to leave the awful employee’s name here: karma will pay her. I’m definitely never staying here again when I visit Miami.

I was greeted "good morning" with a full of confidence with the staff of this hotel. They entertained me rightfully and amazingly when I stay there for a couple of days. The entire place looked tidy, stylish, and modern. Even the facilities, it was beautiful and elegant. Besides, with my excellent stay there, I came to realize that I should be back soon. Thanks!
