“Never ever again!!
The cleaning in this hotel is Terrible,the housekeeping not cleaning till 7 o'clock at the evening.and when they cleaning they not do nothing only changing towels and replacing the garbage.
Seven nights in this hotel and not even once change the bedsheets or replacing the cofee capsuls or suger or nothing!!!!
Rooms are small and the bed is not comfortable ! Only the reception team are good in this hotel.
And only cause of them I puted 2 stars!!
If not it will be minus 2!

“When I checked in at the hotel, I failed to open the room twice with the key front desk gave me, the third time, he went up with me, and opened the room with the staff key, and there were people inside the room!!??
The staff just simply said it was not his fault and said he would give me a room with balcony to make it up, when I went to the new room, there was no balcony at all. I was too tired to change it again. Later on, when I asked him, he smiled and said, yes, I told you I would give you room with balcony, but there was no room with balcony. He didn’t feel he did anything wrong at all??!!
The next day before I checked out from the room, a guy just opened my door with a key directly??! When he saw me, he just said sorry and left immediately. I assumed this was a guy from housekeeping, but it was my first time saw hotel staff opened the room without any notice at all!!
I wanted to raise a complaint before I left the hotel, the front desk was very rude, and threw a name card to me and said the manager didn’t want to see me, if I wanted to say anything, just wrote an email. And he didn’t even ask what I felt wrong at all.
Also, there’s no leash lock inside the room at all, which means your room can be opened by these unprofessional staffs at anytime!
Please stay away from this hotel for your own safety!!”
