“Check in process was smooth despite coming in with a large group of 17 . Staff was helpful n friendly. Like to point out staff New who was very helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet spread was reasonably good with an array of choices. Only set back was the rooms was a bit far but within walking distance. Would consider coming back here for the third time on the next trip to Krabi.”

“Hotel is good from infrastructure stand point. Rooms are spacious, cosy and well furnished. The 2 Pools are the best part of this property. Location wise it's at good spot. However, the staff is not so courteous, kind of indifferent. No customer delight. The restaurant is very basic, with very limited menu options, and taste wise not so impressive. The morning breakfast buffet is complete waste, with no variety. They served exactly same menu for 3 consecutive days.”
