Don't waste your time with this fancy looking building if you're actually tired and need a room. Couldn't get a room because Home2 Suits workers couldn't handle giving the correct office hours and availability. Drove from Fresno to find out a "HILTON" location couldn't handle providing simple information and services. Just because it has a fancy name doesn't mean it's worth it. Better off at a Motel 6, Eazy8 or Red Roof Inn.

Loved the staff at Home2! Pool was warm, rooms were clean upon arrival, kind bed was very comfortable, and loved the privacy curtain that gave us space from our kids. I wish hotels would start putting playspaces for kids. It would really give families traveling a safer place to take their kids while in between daily activities. Also, as a mom of toddlers, I highly recommend hotel staff putting plungers in every occupied hotel room. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Check your sheets! Let’s start with the good. The hotel staff was friendly, and was able to get me checked in early. The breakfast was on par with Home2 breakfast, which is better than most. I was able to wash my clothes and get in a workout while I waited. Now, onto my concerns. When I checked in, everything seemed fine, but as I pulled down the comforter to get in bed, I noticed that the sheets looked slept in. Upon further inspection, I spotted several hairs in the sheet. Clearly, there’s at least one lazy housekeeper at this property. I went to the front desk and asked for clean sheets. They gave them to me, but didn’t really seem to be as concerned as they should’ve been. The room definitely wasn’t cleaned very well, and the floors were pretty dirty. If I walked around barefooted before getting in the shower, there would be dirty footprints left on the shower floor. If you get in your room and notice a bunch of really long black hairs all over the place, that was probably the room I stayed in, and they haven’t cleaned the room yet. Not my hairs, but probably from a guest months before I was there. Another concern of mine was one day the housekeeper came in while I was sleeping. I sleep during the day, and the hotel didn’t have a door tag for me. Apparently the housekeeper knocked, then came in. This has happened in other hotels, but I’m usually woken up by the door being propped open and the light coming on. In this case, the housekeeper made it all the way over to the TV, where my wallet and cash were sitting, without ever turning on a light. It’s about this time that I woke up and asked what the hell was going on. He quickly made his way back to the door, apologizing and telling me he knocked. I’m not sure how he was planning on cleaning the room in the dark, but it would sure explain the cleanliness of the room.

I stayed here for several weeks on a TDY deployment. The staff were very nice, and the facility's were okay. Nice location in a quietish area. However I had some issues that caused me to request a change of hotels. The room was filthy when I checked in. There was syrup all over the floor, food smeared on every handle and table surface, and the shower was full of short & curlys. The carpet was so dirty that my socks would be black after walking on it. My room was rarely cleaned, so i had to keep asking for garbage bags and towels. I cleaned everything up and it was fine for the most part. The bed was really uncomfortable, the springs were digging into me, especially at my hips. The laundry machines were just two sets of washer/dryers and constantly full of clothes people would just leave for hours on end. One of the times i did get to do my laundry someone stole my underwear and socks, lol why??? The breakfast starts at 6, and i have to be on site at 6, so it wasn't available early enough that I could eat it, but on the weekends when I could have some it was pretty sad. I usually stick to fruit when there's not anything healthy available, but the fruit was spoiled. Not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but definitely not in the top 10 either.

This hotel has a very nice room and kitchen. But some rooms have chipped counter tops and broken fridges. The employees are not that great. Sincerely is a very nice young girl. Ms Anastasia is a very curious woman, she will ask you about almost everything about you. Christian will always greet you anytime if you walk through the door as he watches you walk by. The manager likes to call you out she’ll say things like “I like your wig today”. If you don’t like any of those things DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. The employees can be straight up rude while the room is comfortable, but the shower has no conditioner. Breakfast is very nasty but if you enjoy flour products, maybe it’s up your alley. Snack bar is over price as well. Stayed there for about a week. Never going back, employees are rude.
