“Hyatt Centric Hotel at Levent in Istanbul is definitely a 5 star establishment with its decor, rooms, food service and the entire staff. I travel around the world for the last 45 years. I stayed in all kinds of properties. It is not often i rate them 5 star. Even though this particular hotel is neither in a resort area nor a place by the ocean or mountain, but i think it still is a 5 star hotel just because the way it is being managed. The location is central, you can go to many places very easily from here. Metro is next door which will take you all over much easily than driving or taking a cab. The hotel services and the staff's customer service skills are excellent. Rooms are very clean, sheets are crisp, bed is very comfortable. I definitely felt a US or Asian high level type of service in this hotel. Much better than most hotels i stayed in Europe and for sure in Turkey.”
