Em termos de higiene e conforto, é o número um em comparação com a maioria dos hotéis em que me hospedei recentemente. Apesar de não utilizarmos a cozinha, a sua existência faz com que se sinta em casa. O café da manhã é composto por alimentos básicos, mas deliciosos. Os funcionários são individualmente atenciosos e sorridentes. O acesso ao shopping ao lado pode ser feito sem sair de casa (com uma caminhada muito curta). Eu recomendaria a qualquer um que venha a esta área.

En términos de higiene y comodidad, es el número uno en comparación con la mayoría de los hoteles en los que me he alojado recientemente. Aunque no usemos la cocina, su mera existencia te hace sentir como en casa. El desayuno consta de alimentos básicos pero deliciosos. Los empleados se preocupan y sonríen individualmente. El acceso al centro comercial de al lado se puede realizar sin salir (con un paseo muy corto). Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que venga a esta zona.

Com uma palavra, perfeito! Uma experiência muito além de nossas expectativas. Calor incrível a partir das boas-vindas. Sentimos vontade de voltar para casa. É bom ter uma instalação dessas em Gebze, mas o que a torna excelente são os funcionários. Os quartos são extremamente limpos e espaçosos. Cada necessidade foi pensada. Obrigado por esta experiência extraordinária.

Vou ficar pela primeira vez, a localização é muito boa, os quartos são ótimos, mas o fechamento do bar de jantar não é nada bom. Além disso, queríamos tomar um café da manhã cedo para pegar o avião, disseram não há serviço de café da manhã antes das 07:00 e eles melhoraram. Pessoal insuficiente

¡Con una palabra, perfecto! Una experiencia mucho más allá de nuestras expectativas. Increíble calidez a partir de la bienvenida. Teníamos ganas de volver a casa. Es bueno tener una instalación de este tipo en Gebze, pero lo que la hace grandiosa son los empleados. Las habitaciones están enormemente limpias y son espaciosas. Se ha pensado en cada necesidad. Me quedo por primera vez, la ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones son geniales, pero el cierre del bar, etc. no es nada bueno. Además, queríamos desayunar temprano para tomar el avión, dijeron no hay servicio de desayuno antes de las 07:00 y lo mejoraron. Personal insuficiente

The place is very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The studio option is very spacious and well equipped. Location could not be the best for many people who have no interest in Gepze area.

Escolhemos o hotel Hyatt durante a nossa viagem de negócios, e ainda vamos ficar. O hotel em que nos hospedamos pela primeira vez é muito melhor do que os hotéis em que já estive. A suíte é um lugar com excelente limpeza e comportamento de aos seus colaboradores, um local que oferece ao mesmo tempo um elevado nível de conforto doméstico e luxo, muito obrigado por nos prestarem este serviço.

Eu viajo por toda a Turquia por causa do meu trabalho. Eu avalio todos os hotéis que vou pelo google. Fiquei neste hotel de 01 de agosto a 13 de agosto. O hotel merece 10 estrelas, quanto mais 5 estrelas entre os hotéis que visitei. Seus funcionários parecem servir como pessoas do coração cuidadosamente escolhidas, as salas ficam na sala do estúdio, não há dispositivos eletrônicos como o ambiente doméstico, você pode trazer e cozinhar suas comidas e bebidas de fora, eles também cumprem rigorosamente os Medidas cautelosas. Até mesmo o café da manhã é servido por eles mesmos, de acordo com todas as regras de higiene. Eu o recomendaria a qualquer pessoa que esteja pensando em ir. Há quartos exatamente iguais às fotos no site oficial do hotel, não importa o que eu diga, é necessário experimentar um hotel tão perfeito.

Viajo por toda Turquía por mi trabajo. Evalúo todos los hoteles que paso por google. Me alojé en este hotel del 1 de agosto al 13 de agosto. El hotel se merece 10 estrellas, y mucho menos 5 estrellas entre los hoteles que he visitado. Sus empleados parecen servir como personas cuidadosamente elegidas del corazón, las habitaciones están en la sala de estudio, no se incluyen dispositivos electrónicos como el ambiente del hogar, puede traer y cocinar sus alimentos y bebidas desde el exterior, también cumplen estrictamente con las Covid medidas. Incluso el desayuno es proporcionado por ellos mismos de acuerdo con todas las normas de higiene. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que esté pensando en ir. Hay habitaciones exactamente como en las fotos de la web oficial del hotel, no importa lo que te diga, es necesario vivir un hotel tan perfecto.

Se você está procurando este hotel, provavelmente tem uma viagem de negócios para uma empresa na zona industrial. Para uma viagem curta para evitar engarrafamentos, este lugar é realmente a melhor alternativa. Limpo, moderno e bem gerido. Ao lado dele, há um shopping center Gebze Center para compras e refeições de fast food padrão. Só que é melhor não ficar tentado a ver e tentar descobrir esta área caminhando. If you're looking for this hotel probably you have a business trip to a firm in the industrial zone. For a short trip to avoid traffic jams this place is really best alternative. Clean, modern and well managed. Just next to it there is a shopping mall Gebze Center for shopping and standard fast food eating. Except that better do not be tempted to view and try to discover this area by walking.Remember and pray for Pippa Bacca R.I.P

My stay there was short but memorable, the staff are friendly once you get to know them and are very helpful. There was a technical issue with ac on one night during the stay but it got solved overnight. They offer a number of helpful facilities for those who are there for medical treatment, one of which is a shuttle for transport to the hospital near by.

This is first night at this hotel, it looks new and well maintained, although it is 2 year old but it seems like it is just opened 2 month ago. The front desk was so welcoming, and helpful, the rooms were clean and specious. The breakfast was big, with many options it is a buffet but someone is serving you because of this COVID19 madness, the line can get long with a bit of a wait especially if you are in a hurry, but there is times were no one is waiting, I wish if the coffee & tea were self served or in a quick different line. The biggest shopping mall in Gebze is just behind the hotel. The gym is nice, not many equipment but the basics, new with good quality and I think it is fair enough for a Hyatt House, it is not a 24 gym which I don't think it makes sense. It seems like every hotel in town comes up with their own CDC guide lines, some are just funny others just stressing. So far so good I really recommend staying her if you need to be in the area

One of the best hotels in the area. I've stayed there for almost a year now. The hotel is very secure, clean and well-maintained. The staff is amazing, especially the receptionist that is called Turker. He made our lives easier throughout the whole year and he was very helpful and kind for me and my family just like the others. The cleaners and housekeepers are very kind and they never stopped smiling everyday!! It was a really great experience. I Highly recommend the hotel and I will definitely return back. Cheers!

Hotel muy correcto y muy nuevo. EL desayuno muy completo y el servicio en general del hotel muy atento. Sin duda volvería a este hotel si tuviera que alojarme por la zona.Como punto negativo, en esta ciudad no hay absolutamente nada de nada... un aburrimiento en el tiempo libre.
