Localização próxima a bons restaurantes e lojinhas. A 15min andando do metro. A 20min dos principais museus na praça principal. Quarto limpo, confortável com amenidades. Café da manhã bom. Possui um bar com mesa de snooker que serve drinks e comidinhas. Acessível a cadeirantes. Staffs prestativos e educados.

Prédio muito bonito, não estive hospedado lá. Considerando a qualidade dos serviços de outros estabelecimento da rede, acredito que este seja também um bom hotel. A localização é privilegiada, no The Warf DC, com ótimos restaurantes, comida ao ar livre e a Marina no Potomac. Local para curtir uma tarde de primavera ou verão.

The staff was great it was a trip for me and my mom for the weekend valet was expensive and location was horrible we had to wait only not to get any help and then had to walk through a long dark alleyway to get to the entrance of the hotel. The view was great the room was good, The TV was placed in front of the window which block the view there was no table to eat on the comforters were worn out and flat the pillows were worn out and flatten the sheets will dull they didn’t look properly clean. Then we had to walk back through the dark alleyway to get back to Valet .very disappointed in The Hyatt

My husband and I stayed there for our honeymoon. We had a personalized card from the front desk waiting in our room along with some snacks and drinks from the store. The bar was absolutely amazing. The workers Precious, Phil, and Zee were hardworking and friendly. Zee was so nice and we celebrated with a glass of champagne. He made our trip so much better with the service he provided at the bar!We went during a harsh heat wave. Our room got up to 80 degrees during the day. We texted the desk and they immediately sent someone up to check it out. The rooms were a good size for just us. Good selection of channels on the tv. Shower was amazing. The pool was relaxing and offered great views of the city. The room had a breathtaking view of the wharf. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and had many choices. The location of the hotel was far enough from the main attractions to not be super busy but close enough to walk to. They did an amazing job of allowing things to continue running smoothly during a pandemic and made sure people followed policies to keep everyone safe.Only complaint was parking. The garage does not have dedicated hotel parking so you do have to fight others for parking spots. If you come back to the hotel on a weekend night, be prepared to spend a lot of time looking for somewhere to park.Overall, an amazing experience and I hope to visit DC again.

Clean. Great views! A little loud on weekend nights but that is the surrounding area (looking for nightlife, this is your spot). Chad (he works at night) was my favorite desk person! Went above and beyond and we had great conversation. We had the riverview and there was a semi view of the river. We saw more of the apartment building across the street but still a great spot. Easy access to everything. Great Oyster bar on the corner and a fabulous Irish pub next door. No hot tub and a smallish pool but still a very nice place to stay. Chad needs a raise :) No room service and no diet soda but CVS is within walking distance. Sunday morning Yoga on the opera and Ben and Jerry's neither steps of the entrance. Hard to find the entrance but it was all good.

Leticia from front desk was great and provided a fantastic room.Location is unbeatable.When checking out and realizing I left a personal belonging the service the next day was horrible.Then lady at the front supposedly passed along my request and stated I’d receive a call back.After receiving no call I call later in the evening and there was no known message.They then transferred me to house keeping who promptly says they don’t have anything.I confirm if they even knew which room I was speaking in reference to. Torn because service can be soo good and so bad depending on the person.Consistent should be key.

Now the rooms are very clean. I give them a star for that. However,no water pressure or hot water in my room. They charge an additional 45 dollars for parkingand that's if you can find one because their lot is open to the public also no ice in any of the machines and the milk and juice was warm for breakfast definitely not worth 300 a night also the dishes were stained so for sure I will definitely choose some where else over this place to stay

Not sure how this place gets a high rating. Location is spectacular but our stay at Hyatt Wharf has been a nightmare. Check in was a horror show. Awful service. Everything out of stock from, of all things water to ice to plates for breakfast. Warm juices available. Ice machines out or broken on every floor. What a joke. Not sure what kind of hotels these reviewers are used to but I'd expect better service from Best Western. Disappointing and then embarrassing bringing my family here.

The hotel is clean and safe , the hot and fresh breakfast they offer is great. The bad .. we had many issues. (1) was not told about a $300.00 incidentals deposit at check in (2) given wrong room , was told water view , and we got no such thing. (3) was told wrong parking prices , $20.00 more expensive than told. (4) was over charged $240.00 at check out , had to have them correct it. (5) ac in the room was not able to keep it cool. (6) don’t think about taking a hot shower , Luke warm Water

A localização é absolutamente fantástica! Este Hyatt está perto de muitos restaurantes e locais a visitar (museus e memoriais). Foi fácil de encontrar e o estacionamento gratuito que o hotel oferece foi bastante conveniente, quer dizer, você tem que estacionar seu próprio carro, mas e daí? O estacionamento foi fácil de encontrar, embora tenha sido um fim de semana agitado. A equipe da recepção foi ótima, especialmente a senhora com os óculos com moldura vermelha (esqueci de pegar o nome dela), ela foi muito útil e super amigável, assim como a equipe de limpeza que foi capaz de me conectar com sabonete e toalhas extras quando solicitado. Quarto era limpo com excelente vista para o mar. Foi um pouco barulhento porque os restaurantes estão tão perto, mas é uma área feliz do quadril, então não poderia esperar menos. Meus apenas 2 contras é piscina sendo pequena, mas a vista compensa e o café da manhã é um estilo pegue e leve e a seleção é mínima, então não o melhor. Eu definitivamente ficaria neste hotel novamente

Location is absolutely fantastic! This Hyatt is close to lots of restaurants and places to see (museums & memorials). It was easy to find and the free parking that the hotel offered was pretty convenient, I mean you have to park your own car but so what? Parking was easy to find even though it was a busy weekend. The front desk staff was great specially the lady with the red framed glasses (forgot to get her name) she was very helpful and super friendly and so was the cleaning staff who were able to hook me up with extra soap and towels when asked to. Room was clean with excellent water view. It was a bit noisy because of the restaurants being so close but it's a happy hip area so couldn't expect any less. My only 2 Cons is pool being small but the view makes up for it and the breakfast is a grab and go style and the selection is minimal so not the best. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Making a review because they send you texts about "how is your stay... please review us". Just to be honest it was a decent stay because it was what you expect a Hyatt hotel to look and feel like, and the area was great with scenery with awesome food options. Check in and check out was easy. Down sides, the staff/front desk were very slow in making our requests like asking for more paper or cleaning the room trash bins. During our 4 day stay we only had our room cleaned once. We asked before and the front desk guy said he'd let housekeeping know, but no one ever came. So we had to finally asked on our last day/night for cleaning. When asking for paper towels they took 2 hours, 3 calls to give it to use. Eventually they gave us Toilet paper at first before realizing we asked for Paper towels! It was hilarious. Last day was calming since it was a weekday, so we enjoyed that. They seemed more attentive than during the weekend. I would visit the area again, but probably not the hotel itself. I would recommend checking another Hyatt location, like Tysons where it's quicker. Overall, this is a decent stay if you have to book here.

Hotel en el mismo warf (frente marítimo). Habitaciones justas. Baño justo con poca presión de agua. Tiene bus lanzadera que te lleva al Mall. 2 terrazas. Desayuno de batalla campal. Se pasan más tiempo reponiendo que sirviendo. Escasa variedad. Mal desayuno. Piscina en azotea.
