“The hotel physically is beautiful and it is located in an amazing spot rite next to the beach and bus stop to the rest of Gran Canaria. The reception seems short staffed all the time with people waiting 20+ minutes to speak to someone which isn’t great. The food at the buffet is ok it isn’t what we expected. There was very little vegetarian options and the labelling of the food wasn’t very clear either we had to keep asking. There seems to be a hole lot of nothing on offer at the buffet. Desserts are brilliant and as are the selection of drinks. The evening entertainment is the worst I’ve seen at an all inclusive hotel especially an adults only place, very poor in that department as there was basically none. This hotel is more suited for couples 50+ years old. And on check out at 12 most flights don’t leave till later on at night so we don’t get fed any more as soon as you’ve checked out you don’t get your all inclusive benefits any longer which is bad service.”
