“Don't expect much from the rooms at this hotel. Our room was horrible. Our biggest issues were having to take cold showers each day, the shower head, and other holders, falling off the walls, and we couldn't adjust the temperature in the room. These are the main things I look for in a hotel. I want a comfortable place to sleep and shower and this hotel didn't provide either of those basics. The property was beautiful and right on the beach so that was something. I was in communication with the General Manager, Guillermo, at one point. I got a "canned" response but no response to my request for some form of compensation for the horrible stay we had. We will never stay there again.”

“This beautiful place has everything you could ever need for a relaxing get away. Soft sandy beach, multiple bars, restaurant with delicious food, pool, gift shop, spa (highly recommended the relaxation message), large workout room, amazing rooms with air conditioning that works, helpful and polite staff, beautiful and spacious lobby, tours to cultural and historic locations, close proximity to local food, shopping and, entertainment. Oh and did I mention the incredible bar?? Seriously, you will NOT be disappointed. Safe with 24 security. Across the street is a pharmacy and a gas station/subway. I highly recommend this hotel and would encourage everyone to stay and relax here!”
