“This hotel has the best staff and service. All my questions were answered promptly by staff through chat on the Bonvoy app before my stay and during it. Anything I asked to be sent up (and it was a good amount) they deliver it quickly within 5 minutes after my requests. This will definitely be my new hotel whenever I am in the area. Also, Issac at the front desk is a hotel superstar! He's the one who handled almost everything for my entire stay. No complaints here!”
