Pretty nice location for this property. But the overall experience leaves much to be desired for the price. The checkin- the parking lot while connected to the property is a very long walk, and then the front desk made it sound like they were trying to get us a room with a view while giving us a room to the side with barely any views. Expected better service and some accomodations from the front desk staff for being gold members with 46+ days of stays this year. We were also just given a 1pm checkout despite the hotel being pretty empty. (2pm checkout is the norm for gold elite). The spa also closes very early in the day so we could not use it. The patio/Mexican restaurant staff and food was nice, and the staff grab and go place too. The spa hours are very limited too. The room was decent but nothing great, it was reasonably clean but not very clean, the coffee place closes at 6 and there is no fridge, coffee machine or microwave in the room at all. The rooms are also very dated, more of a conference center vibe than a resort. The bathroom sink was also clogged. The lazy river and pool area was decent but it's not very clean, the pool towels were not very clean either and there are no showers in the vicinity so you have to walk all the way back to the room. (While not being allowed to carry pool towels back) Overall 2* experience, I think I have had much better experience at comparable Hyatt properties. The location is great but the overall experience was pretty bad!

The resort is beautiful, but their front desk and check-in procedure is truly indefensible.They took my card for "incidentals" and ended up taking $716 without telling me.When I informed them of their mistake the same day, they didn't apologize and still haven't returned it two days later.They have never followed up with me.Incredibly disappointing and I will definitely think twice about frequenting a JW Marriott in the future because of this negative experience.*Just wanted to update. It's been 5 days and the money still hasn't been returned.

It issuch a wonderful and peaceful place to stay and relax.I enjoyed the views of Tucson and the saguaro cactuses.The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. I would definitely visit again.

Estive nesta propriedade de 11 a 14 de novembro. A propriedade é medíocre na melhor das hipóteses. Certamente é confortável, mas precisa de uma reforma. Era irritante como os chuveiros eram pequenos e que a cabeça do chuveiro estava tão escalonada que a água borrifava de forma incontrolável e irregular. As taxas de resort são incrivelmente altas para o pouco que você ganha. As cadeiras da piscina estão gastas, sujas e muitas delas têm teias de aranha. Meu amigo foi servido frutos do mar que estavam perigosamente mal cozidos durante um de nossos jantares. Nosso serviço em um de nossos almoços era tão lento que eu tive que me levantar, caçar alguém para pedir a conta para que pudéssemos ir embora. Esperamos TÃO incrivelmente longo. Sentimo-nos ignorados. Alugamos uma cabana por um dia, e isso foi um desperdício de dinheiro, já que a cabana não ficava perto da piscina, mas perto de um respingo sujo e coxo. A mobília da cabana estava gasta e suja, e tudo junto era nada assombroso. Eu estava lá para o aniversário de um amigo. Ela fez todas as reservas. Seus primeiros dias foram um desastre de serviço. No entanto, tudo isso mudou quando encontramos Heaven na recepção. Ela se desculpou pela falta de atendimento e fez tudo certo. Ela explicou tudo o que estava incluído, onde estavam as coisas e foi muito amigável. Ela foi a parte mais brilhante da nossa viagem. Em segundo lugar foram as 2 senhoras que trabalham no mercado que faz pizza. Eles foram encantadores, amigáveis e maravilhosos. I was at this property Nov 11-14. The property is mediocre at best. Certainly, it's comfortable, but it is in need of a remodel. It was annoying how small the showers were and that the shower head was scaled over so badly that the water sprayed uncontrollably and erratic. The resort fees are incredibly high for what little you get. The pool chairs are worn out, dirty, and many of them have spider webs on them. My friend was served seafood that was dangerously undercooked during one of our dinners. Our service at one of our lunches was so slow that I had to get up, hunt someone down to ask for the check so we could leave. We waited SO incredibly long. We felt ignored. We rented a cabana for the day, and that was a waste of money as the cabana was located no where near the pool, but by a lame dirty splash pad. The cabana's furniture was worn out and dirty, and it all together was underwhelming. I was there for a friend's birthday. She made all the reservations. Her first few days were a service disaster. However, all that changed when we met Heaven at the front desk. She was apologetic for the lack of service, and made everything right. She explained all that was included, where things were, and was so friendly. She was the brightest part of our trip. Second best were the 2 ladies working in the market place that makes pizza. They were delightful, friendly, and wonderful. I wish I remember their names, but I enjoyed talking with them while waiting for our pizza to cook, which they did an amazing job of making the pizza too.

Beautiful location and great staff. Nice clean rooms, great bars/restaurants onsite, walking paths, pool, and plenty of outdoor space.I wish the room had a coffee maker and a slightly larger shower but everything else was perfect.

Resort fantástico com excelentes vistas, funcionários simpáticos, um Starbucks no local, uma sala de fitness e sala de exercícios bem equipada, piscinas, um rio lento, toboágua, golfe e trilhas acessíveis desde o resort. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e a maioria dos quartos tem uma vista fantástica para as montanhas circundantes. Estacionamento coberto com manobrista está disponível no local. Dirija rapidamente para a cidade, onde há incontáveis restaurantes e cafés com comida e bebidas locais fantásticas. Recomendo o JW Marriott Tucson Star Pass Resort para quem procura férias divertidas, relaxantes e ao ar livre.

Terrenos absolutamente bonitos. A nossa estadia foi maravilhosa !!!! Nós estávamos lá com um grupo bastante grande e eles eram tão complacentes. Quarto era grande e a vista era deslumbrante! Meu marido e eu estávamos comemorando nosso aniversário e eles foram muito atenciosos com meu pedido de um pouco de arroz sup para o nosso quarto. Eu realmente não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre este resort !! Definitivamente, vá para o spa. Assim vale a pena!!! Karen fez minha massagem e ela foi ótima !!! Obrigado JW Marriott pelas memórias duradouras. Mal posso esperar para visitar novamente.

Fantastic resort with great views, friendly staff, a Starbucks on-site, a well equipped fitness room and exercise room, pools, a lazy river, water slide, golfing and accessibly hiking trails right from the resort. Rooms are very comfortable and most rooms have a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Valet and park yourself on-site covered parking is available. Quick drive into the city where there’s countless restaurants and cafes with fantastic, local food and drinks. Highly recommend JW Marriott Tucson Star Pass Resort for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing and outdoorsy vacation.

I have mixed feelings about this 😕 but it was paid for by my boss . Items were left in the bottom drawer and wasn't checked when cleaning the room . The robe had a hole in it . The room is very nice and the food was great 👍except I had to go back downstairs to get fork and knife . They tried to give me plastic. JW Marriott are you serious and while taking a bath a spider was crawling its way toward me . If I paid for the room I'd ask for my money back . I was not happy about the overall service . Some staff were great others were not pleasant. Be real am I not the guest and should be token care of . I'd rather have gone to a %50 to $100 hotel and saved but it was once in a lifetime that I stayed at a $400 plus hotel and spent $80 on dinner

Muito relaxante. Pessoal foi amigável. Muito limpo. O restaurante era bom. As toalhas foram estocadas para a piscina. O serviço ao lado da piscina foi de alto nível, a jovem que nos ajudou estava no topo de tudo. Eles também têm um Starbucks no hotel para suas necessidades de café. Nós voltaremos.

Muito relaxante cation estadia! Pessoal foi muito amigável, profissional e útil! Restaurante foi de alto nível para o jantar. O buffet de café-da-manhã foi excelente para todos, desde omeletes, frutas, salmão defumado, panquecas ou torradas! Incrível. Piscina e rio lento foram divertidos e relaxantes até tarde da noite, às 22h. A música ao vivo no pátio era excelente, vimos Midnight Blues. Banda muito compacta. Eu recomendo passar starr pelo Marriott como um refúgio incrível.

La ubicación queda un poquito lejos pero está en un hermoso lugar. La piscina está súper bonita y queda muy cerca del Parque Nacional. El servicio es muy amable y ayudante y los cuartos está muy limpias y cómodas.

Es un hotel 5 estrellas. Tiene tres albercas. Servicio de spa. Gimnasio. Fitness room. Todos muy amables. Increíble vista :) Hay manzanas gratis, y agua gourmet muy rica.
