“Stayed here this week. We came down from SF to go to a concert. The Greek Theater is awesome. This hotel is a 10 minute drive from anywhere. 5 minute walk to Hollywood Blvd. The pool was great. The restaurant and bar were pretty great too. Well appointed rooms. Close to pretty much anything you’d want to do in LA.”

“I recently stayed at this hotel and it was similar to a horror film. Bedbugs, cockroaches, AC not working. I am a premium elite member and have a business account with this hotel. I had bites all over my legs, found baby cockroaches on my clothing. The AC did not go below 80° in the first room I had, and instead of fixing it they kept sending the engineer up who told me it was working fine. I found a bug in my book that was identified as a bedbug. I asked the hotel to quarantine my belongings To be treated and to have the general manager call me. I never got a phone call. The room was never inspected by an exterminator. I still don't have my belongings and it's been a month. I have reached out to the hotel, the supervisor of the general manager at HG headquarters, and IHG customer service. No one has gotten back to me. They have that $10,000 worth of my belongings. Do not stay here.”
