“Staff was great.
Lost my reservation due to some issue with IHG’s Kimpton takeover
Room was in need of a refit
Restaurant was closed most of the time, including breakfast, and contrary to some other reviews, there are no restaurants in walking distance…unless you are willing to spend 30 minutes walking to breakfast.
Housekeeping was on request only and it showed when we moved into the room, lots of dust and disgusting brown stains on the robe
Minibars we’re empty. Food in the lobby was at minibar prices ($4.50 for a Diet Coke). Restaurant was more rational, but was rarely open.
Parking was $50 a day with tax for a lot that was meant for a valet, narrow spaces and very low ceilings.
Property looking threadbare in general. Looks like they just stopped doing maintenance.”
