Clean rooms. Nice fluffy towels. Sheets are good.. the pool was nice, clean. The gym was good.. they even have a free washer and dryer for you.. the hotel itself is beautiful very nice artwork throughout the hotel.

I had over $600.00 in cosmetics and perfumes stolen from this establishment, I spoke with management along with eye witness' who occupied the room adjacent to me and offered proof of this incident ; as well as proof of the individual in housekeeping who was responsible as my identification was found at her next stop!! this was swept Under the rug by management. I am currently preparing to take this to court and I think anyone planning a stay here should be warned this is a very low quality establishment; disguised by a great location. The staff can NOT BE TRUSTED HERE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VALUED POSSESIONS ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE THE STAFF STEALS THEY WILL BURGLARIZE YOUR ROOM AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ASSISTANCE FROM THIS LOW QUALITY MANAGEMENT.

Localização está perfeitamente situado em frente ao centro de convenções.A equipe é amigável e atenciosa. O lounge M é confortável e acessível, com ótimas opções de lanches.Os quartos são o que você esperaria de um serviço completo Marriott, embora eu tive que mudar de quarto do meu quarto original devido a alguns problemas de manutenção.Todos em todos os, eu ficaria aqui novamente na próxima vez que vier a NOLA para uma convenção.

Hotel staff were accommodating, welcoming, and happy to assist with our needs during our stay! Clean room and comfortable bed. Starbucks in the lobby was great for my early arrival day. :) Would stay here again!

Location is perfectly situated across the street from the convention center. The staff is friendly and attentive. The M lounge is comfortable and accessible, with great snacking options. The rooms are what you would expect from a full service Marriott, although I did have to switch rooms from my original room due to some maintenance issues. All in all, I would stay here again next time I come to NOLA for a convention.

Spacious and comfortable. Contactless remote check-in using the app as the room key via bluetooth. The room was not cleaned daily, and that is fine. But cleaning was flawed in that the provided toiletry (lotion) appeared to have been leftover from a previous guest, as it was nearly empty. The day that my room was cleaned, some of the dirty bath linens were not removed from the shower, both of which errors indicate that the room cleaning was done hastily and with some lack of care. Also, there are no places to sit in the lobby or outside the entrance, such as when waiting for transportation. All the seating spaces belong to the restaurant or lounge. All things considered, I would stay there again, unless I find a comparable hotel with lobby seating.

Great. clean hotel in a nice location. Rooms were well appointed and the staff was on their top game. Would definitely recommend while in new Orleans. There are lots of good restaurants around and the french quarter is a fairly short walk.

Este hotel foi recentemente renovado, então o lobby e os quartos são absolutamente deslumbrantes! Adoramos este hotel. Como Titanium Brats, temos nossas escolhas da marca Marriott, mas esta é a nossa NOLA pela terceira vez. Por quê? a localização é privilegiada, tranquila e aninhada no distrito de Warehouse, você pode atingir todos os novos restaurantes quentes na rua Garden District/Magazine e chegar ao French Quarter em 15 minutos - também WW2 e Ogden museum. Sim, os quartos estão um pouco cansados, mas é um hotel enorme e sempre limpo e amigável.

We love this hotel.As Titanium Brats we have our choices of the Marriott Brand, but this is our NOLA go to for the third time.Why? the location is prime- quiet and nestled in the Warehouse district- you can hit all the hot new restaurants in the Garden District/Magazine street and hit French Quarter in 15 minutes- also WW2 and Ogden museum.Yes, the rooms are a little tired, but its a huge hotel and always clean and friendly... honestly the nicest staff and the Legacy restaurant has great Beignets/burgers/breakfast and the roof top pool is sweet.

This hotel is newly renovated so the lobby and the rooms are absolutely stunning! The room was spacious and had had wood floors which was a nice touch compared to most hotels that only have carpet in the rooms. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was quick and attentive whenever I needed to contact them. The ability to contact the front desk through the Marriott app made everything even more convenient. This location is also ideal because it’s a short walk to the busy French Quarter without actually staying over there. I’ll definitely be back!

Minha família e eu fomos para o hotel Marriott Warehouse de 24 a 28 de dezembro para as férias de Natal. Nós amamos isto. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e profissionais. Quando fomos para o hotel era limpo, organizado, continentes de banho extra apenas no caso de estarmos sem shampoo e condicionador, a mini academia é limpa e o barman é fantástico. Quero agradecer ao segurança por comprar pizza e bebidas para minha irmã e minha mãe. Voltarei a este hotel em um futuro próximo. Vocês são ótimos, continuem com o bom trabalho e dedicação.🎄🎄👍🏻👍🏻

My family and I went to Marriott Warehouse hotel on December 24th to 28th for a Christmas vacation. We loved it. The staff are very nice and professional. When we went to the hotel it was clean, organized, extra shower continents just in case were out of shampoo and conditioner, the mini gym is clean and the bartender is fantastic. I wanna thank the security guard for buying my sister and my mom pizza and drinks. I’ll be coming back to this hotel in the near future. You guys are great keep up the good work and dedication.🎄🎄👍🏻👍🏻

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful hotel!The bar in the lobby is open every evening and all of the food I have tried has been great and reasonably priced.Hotel rooms are spacious and well appointed.Beds are very comfortable, fitness center is decent (missing a weight bench even though they have dumbbells?) and the little patio/pool area is good enough.Walking distance to... Location was excellent. Within walking distance of many attractions. Parking was a bit difficult. Was advised parking in front of hotel was available and free. A couple of days into my stay free parking was changed to valet for 39$ a day.

Nothing. Horrible location. Construction outside and inside that started early and generated very loud noise for hours. Made me switch rooms for what seemed no reason. Tried to charge me for "free" internet. Have stayed in many NOLA hotels, this is the worst.

The location is very centrally located in the warehouse district I was not impressed with the quality of this hotel. We were not informed the hotel was under construction which made the bar inaccessible. The layout of the hotel overall is awkward and the rooms are just so so. I would have expected better of a Marriott

It was a nice hotel and the staff were ok but a bit young . It was under renovation. Very loud construction.Minimum services and restaurant only for breakfast. Staff seemed new and were not helpful in answering questions.

I would definitely stay here again. About a 20 min walk into the Quarter; though it's a quick Uber away. Quiet area. Short walk to WWII & Ogden Museums. Close to Julia St: Galleries, Shops, Food, Bars.

The front desk staff provided fantastic service. I booked a room with a king bed. When I checked in, they assigned two double beds. I called the front desk immediately; one king room left was left. The new room keys were waiting for me at the desk. Everything was perfect!

executive level includes food and a great view. Pool was small but very private. Very quiet relaxed atmosphere and construction had no effect. same breakfast every day was a bit monotonous. Patio was locked even though weather was nice.
