“This had to be one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Most frustrating was the near-constant emergency exit alarm sounds. Early in the morning through later in the evenings, emergency exit alarms blared through the halls and into my room for over 30 minutes at a time. In a three night stay, we were disturbed by emergency alarms at least a half dozen times. Why do you have exit doors on emergency alarms at all? Who cares if people leave? And why on earth can't the alarm go off?? Housekeeping staff are in the hallways ignoring the alarms while customers are left to deal with the resulting (literal) headaches. The only on-site breakfast option starts at $17 a person, which is insane. There are several much better options within a 10 minute drive - try The Rhody Hen or Amanda's Kitchen, both of which are a much better value. The lobby also didn't have coffee out until the restaurant opened, which is 7AM on the weekends. Check-in was frankly obnoxious. The reception desks are located adjacent to the on-site restaurant, and we could not hear the receptionist at all. They offered no opportunity for us to ask questions or ensure our needs were met, most likely because they couldn't hear us either. We ended up needing to switch rooms because our group of three was given a room with a single bed. This hotel also still does daily room cleans and changes all towels daily, regardless of if the towels are hanging in front of the "save water by hanging your towel here to reuse it" sign. Some will no doubt appreciate this, so I'll leave that up to you. The rooms themselves were nice enough. Minifridge was available, but no microwave, which I'll argue is incongruous. Nice shower setup. Good location with access to multiple freeways for travel to surrounding locales. I certainly would never stay here again given the choice.”

“If you are a Marriott Employee, do not stay at this property. They treat their fellow Marriott employees with the lowest level of respect possible. I stayed at this hotel for 1 night using my discounted rate while in town. I booked the deluxe king room and was downgraded without notice. When I arrived to the room, it was very outdated. The phone in the room also did not work, the toilet barely flushed, and there were stains on the ceilings and walls. When I called the front desk, I was told because I was using the employee rate, I was downgraded to the “bad side” of the hotel very rudely. Who does that? When my boyfriend called the desk, the front desk agent, Bianca was nicer to him and expressed that she was afraid of what the General Manager would say if she gave us the rooms we originally booked. She also mentioned that he tends to get mad at her often. That is not a healthy work environment if you ask me but oh well. Overall my experience at this hotel was below than the standard I expect when I stay at other properties.”
