“Exceptional hospitality and service! I stayed here for my first anniversary. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to a Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks for accommodating a romance package. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. We went up to the 14th floor to view the city from the dome-excellent experience and it’s perfect for weddings. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!”

“I didn’t even get to stay. I booked my hotel through a 3rd party (Hotwire.com). Then my family was exposed to Covid so I transferred the reservation to my friends name. The hotel then charged me twice. Now, I’ve called 4 times and was told the first time that they were reversing the charge (still on my credit card). Then told that they can’t and I have to talk to someone in billing (I’ve tried but Brian in their billing department doesn’t actually work). So the last time I was told that they’d fill out a form for me and sometime in the next 48 hours someone would get in touch. Unbelievable. It’s fraud.”
