Everything is great! First, the location of the hotel is outstanding. It is near everything. But I think what makes this hotel outstanding is on how receptionists handle clients. Because they are the first people whom clients will encounter. Mr. Amer in the reception is extremely accomodating, polite, courteous, and experienced. Very composed and professional. From the start of my check in, he knows how to make clients satisfied. He made the room available early for me. From the time of my checkout also, I had some issues but he handled it so calmly and so professional when he saw I got a little irritated. Rooms are new, clean, and comfortable. Food is just great for its star rating. The filipino servers are accomodating as well. Excellent for working professionals. I will definitely be back!

Quanto ao restaurante, o local é muito limpo e o serviço é excelente, o sabor da comida dou-lhe 8 em 10. Doces eu dou 4 de 10 Umm Ali é como comer arroz branco, não tem gosto e tem pouco açúcar. O resto são doces orientais muito comuns.Tinha uma funcionária chamada (Nia) que não deixava a gente levar conforto em comer e patilha, toda vez que ela vem pega um prato uma vez e fala o que você acha de comer?! Levanto-me da mesa e pego uma salada do bufê, e volto para buscar a água e o resto da louça! Ok, então o que concluímos? E depois disso ela veio enquanto estávamos comendo e nos deu cartões e disse que eles fotografam o código de barras e colocam uma classificação de 5 estrelas e escrevem meu nome Nia !! Nenhum respeito pelo nosso tempo e privacidade. Todo Halamor possível esperando até concluirmos. Para ser sincero, ela é simpática e prestativa, mas não respeita a privacidade, tudo é nosso. Não gostávamos de comer nem de costeletas. Eu insisti para meu marido não me avaliar agora Mas ele recusou. Quando terminamos, outra funcionária (Filipina) veio até nós e disse ao meu marido para nos avaliar com 5 estrelas e escrever meu nome (infelizmente esqueci o nome dela). Oriente os funcionários e informe-os de que esse comportamento não é aceitável.

Tivemos um jantar buffet para uma festa de aniversário e superou nossas expectativas. Eles tinham uma ampla variedade de seleção para a comida servida, o que foi realmente incrível para nossas paletas. Eu definitivamente recomendo a todos que tenham algum tempo para experimentá-lo também. Feliz Aniversário Ate Nancy..!!😘

Infelizmente, com toda a honestidade, as fotos não correspondem em nada à realidade, e o mobiliário dos quartos é um dos mais antigos que podem existir. Por Deus, com toda a honestidade, os funcionários são tratados, seja na forma de falar ou estilo, ou qualquer coisa que vá além de um palavrão em etapas, e isso inclui todos os funcionários. A política de saída é exatamente às 12:00. Se você se atrasar meia hora, pagará 250 riais, independentemente de qualquer circunstância.Apenas o café da manhã foi excelente com toda a honestidade, mas fora isso, eu nunca aconselharia ninguém a reservar neste hotel, e juro por Deus que foi a última vez que reservei, e esta é a pior experiência que já tive em um hotel que merece um monte de duas estrelas.Esta é a minha opinião com toda a honestidade e confiança. Que Deus te recompense

I got a free upgrade. Hotel is old and worn down, needs a complete refresh especially the rooms. No towels in the room on arrival, both ACs were set to a freezing 13 degrees Celsius, ACs extremely loud (sleeping with AC inpossible), empty minibar.

Minha primeira estadia em Riad. Eu acho que este hotel tem uma equipe muito simpática. A recepção é bem falada em inglês, então eu realmente amei a estadia aqui. Não consegui usar a academia aqui, mas definitivamente verifiquei a piscina e a academia parece boa. O serviço de quarto é muito bom. As pessoas são amigáveis. Café-da-manhã foi adorável com uma grande propagação. Obrigado por tornar esta estadia memorável desejando a um feliz Eidh e feriados !!!

Está entre os piores hotéis que entrei na minha vida.. Em primeiro lugar, as contas são antigas e bilaterais e é difícil receber uma entrega que lhes convenha, pois é muito antigo.. Em segundo lugar, fui a mais de um hotel em Riyadh e os delegados do aplicativo sobem para entregar o pedido. O serviço me mostra o pedido.. Em terceiro lugar, não há resposta aos serviços. ruim .. e o preço é muito para os quartos desgastados

My first stay in Riyadh. I think this hotel has a very very friendly staff. Front desk is well spoken in English so I really loved the stay here. Didn't get to use the gym here but definitely checked out the pool n gym looks good. Room service is very good. People are v friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a great spread. Thank you for making this stay v memorable wishing wvwry one a happy Eidh and holidays !!!

Totalmente recomendable, cómodo limpio amables atentos y sobre todo sonrientes. Es de agradecer. Si vas por negocio a riad. Este es el hotel correcto. Personalmente les doy las gracias a los señores Faisal, Mohamed, abdulgani , que tuvieron un trato genial, el señor santa que hace la revisión de las habitaciones, y el señor que limpiaba la habitación, fueron muy amables. Soy bastante exigente con la limpieza y el buen trato, y aquí a buen precio lo tienes. Gracias por hacer mi estancia cómoda. Sofía.

Food Poisoning

A few smaller things that need sorting but the main issue was that I got a bad dose of food poisoning from the room service meal. Not something anyone wants to experience when they are away from home.
