“i had the most incredible stay at the Novotel in Birm thanks to the staff at the bar!! i went down for a drink with my mum after long travels and we were welcomed so warmly and taken care of as soon as we arrived. Sebastian who was looking after us literally made our entire stay !! so nice, so polite and so professional. Also, the girl that was on the bar with him (i’m sorry i can’t remember the name) was sooo lovely and literally made the BEST espresso martini i have ever tried!! thank you so much :) We will be definitely coming back + recommending the stay to our friends and family! xxx”
