“The staff was very friendly and surprised us in the room with a snack. The room was good cleaned. A improvement for the room it would be a shower curtain, that the whole floor doesn't get wet in the bathroom.
Breakfast was great with a large selection.
Parking was available in the garage and cost for guests CHF 22 for one day.”

“Perfect location to enjoy the lake and surrounding areas in Lugano. Staff is really friendly and greeted us with a welcome drink and a snack for the dog. Yes it is a dog friendly hotel . Pool is clean and idea after a long drive from France . Breakfast gives a great choice for everyone even gluten free option.
