“All the good comments I could do regarding this hotel, fails down when I have to be here for 1 week with an electric stove in the room, feeling cold and getting sick due to a failure of the heating system. The answer given by personal staff was that I was not the only one, that it was a general answer which couldn't be fixed in one day. This really surprised me because it meant that they had to provide as many stoves as rooms they have (hard to believe).”
