“I travel regularly to São Paulo and stayed at the Ramada Hotel & Suites in Osasco with my family, from January 8 to 13, 2020, which was a very bad experience. Parking is not free, contrary to what is reported on the website, although I do not bother paying for the service, I was only able to use the facility and save my car by paying in advance for all the days I would be staying at the hotel, without the service having been rendered in its entirety. The payment was requested separately from the check-out, making it much easier for the responsible and complicating for the guest. We occupied two apartments and after accommodating we found that the internal phone of one of the apartments did not work. The next day a technician noticed the problem and management found it easier to move part of my family to another room. In the new room the phone worked, but the door didn't lock properly, it was necessary to make several attempts to close it and slam it so hard that the noise echoed through the corridors. An employee noted the problem, stayed back later for repair and did not return. Management did not seek a guest assessment to see if the service had been satisfied I believe that due to a design error, the display of the room access key sensor does not indicate whether or not the guest is on site, which indicates disrespect for privacy. An example is that they check the consumption of the minibar at any time, even if the guest is in the room. There is no protocol to be carried out during the client's absence. The hotel is new and the internal finishing of the apartment has not yet been completed. They left the frieze of the floor, between the room and the balcony, completely loose, after tripping over it I was forced to place it at the bottom of the balcony. The closet, particularly for those who will be staying for more than two days, is extremely small. External access between the balconies of the various apartments on the floor is extremely easy, which creates a lot of insecurity. Although I locked the sliding porch door when I left, the maid always left it open, which was verified on our return. Breakfast is a separate chapter. Managed by Fran’s Café, which is said to be complimentary, it has a limited menu, without repetition and has a terrible variety (hot mixed, hot cheese, bread on the plate, cheese bread, yogurt and fruit salad). There was not an adequate protein variety. Many carbs without considering guests with dietary restrictions. They reached the height of Sunday not lifting the awning and answering from the side of the store, showing disrespect and haste to finish the job. At 9:20 am they reported having only bread on the plate and fruit salad to serve guests. There is no restaurant or bar service, although it is listed on the hotel's website. The nearby trade has the potential to help the guest, but the hotel does not seem to be unfinished, several service protocols are deficient and the reality does not match the advertisement on the website, despite the daily rate. In summary, we will not be staying again at the Ramada Hotel & Suites in Osasco. Maria Regina and Alberto Navarro”

“Um hotel novo, de uma rede com nome e reputacao forte e que esta temporariamente fechado em Osasco. Mesmo fechado, uma ou 2 vezes na semana os funcionarios promovem festas que ocorrem madrugada adentro com musica alta e muita gritaria. Impossivel dormir. Nao tem nenhum respeito ou consideracao com o ambiente/comunidade em que estao inseridos. Moro vizinha do hotel ha 15 anos e nunca tinha tido nenhum tipo de problema com tanto barulho madrugada adentro. Vamos ver como será qdo o hotel voltar a operar... por enquanto, tem sido um inferno para os vizinhos. Tomara que os hospedes tenham melhor experiencia...”
