Bad communication. False advertising. No hot breakfast. No service for bedding, towels and trash until you leave. You had to do for yourself.

We stayed for 5 nights in 2br suite. The suite was ok, a bit worn off, e.g. carpets were terribly old. There is no room service if you stay for less than 7 days. There wereshortage of kitchenware: no pots, not enough cups and glasses, etc. Here is a list of pros and cons from my perspective:Pros: - it's 2br suite, which is hard to find - location - easy access to i285, close proximity to 400, i85. 20-30 mins to downtown or airport. - we had no issues with noises from our neighbors - good water pressure in the shower Cons: - needs remodeling for sure - AC outlets aren't adjustable, so you can't direct the cold air away from your bed - lack of kitchenware - lack of room service

Não fique aqui cobrado automaticamente a mais de sua conta. Cães vizinhos latindo dia e noite, pia suja e tapete muito sujo. no ginásio .. A equipe é agradável e útil. Piscina era quente e agradável Eu gosto da lavanderia da quadra de basquete é muito caro Fora isso. tudo o resto é ótimo. Bons lugares de estacionamento disponíveis tudo está ao virar da esquina que é perfeito Kroger, cabeleireiro, salão de manicure, Gasoline e Charles Stanley Church ao virar da esquina. Loja de tatuagem ao virar da esquina não vá para aquele ir ao Rose Garden Tatuagens mais barato e melhor . Eu também cheguei lá e eles são incríveis 👌 👏

No se quede aquí sobrecargado automáticamente de su cuenta. Vecinos perros ladrando todo el día y la noche lavabo sucio y alfombra muy sucia. No a.c. en el gimnasio. El personal es agradable y servicial. La piscina era cálida y agradable. Me gusta la cancha de baloncesto. La lavandería es demasiado cara. Aparte de eso. todo lo demás es genial. Buenos espacios de estacionamiento disponibles, todo está a la vuelta de la esquina, lo cual es perfecto Kroger, Hair Salon, Nail Salon, Gasoline y Charles Stanley Church a la vuelta de la esquina.Tienda de tatuajes a la vuelta de la esquina, no vayas a esa, ve al Rose Garden Tattoos más barato y mejor . Yo también llegué allí y son increíbles 👌 👏

Don't stay here overcharged automatically out of your account. Neighbors dogs barking all day and night dirty sink and very dirty rug.No a.c. in the gym..Staff is nice and helpful. Pool was warm and nice I like the basketball Court laundry room is too expensive Other than that. everything else is great. Good parking spaces available everything is around the corner which is perfect Kroger, Hair Salon ,Nail Salon,Gasoline and Charles Stanley Church around the corner.Tattoo shop around the corner don't go to that one go to the Rose Garden Tattoos cheaper and better. I got too there and they are awesome 👌 👏

Bom hotel. É muito barato, mas confortável, mas perto da cidade. Fiquei aqui três meses depois que o prédio em que morava teve um incêndio. Todo mundo era tão legal e acolhedor. Eles jantam no saguão três noites por semana e café da manhã todas as manhãs.Há muito espaço de estacionamento e os quartos são muito espaçosos. Alguns dos quartos de dois quartos têm dois andares, o que é ótimo para famílias.

Nice hotel. Its very inexpensive but comfortable but close to the city. I stayed here for three months after the apartment building I lived in had a fire. Everyone was so nice and acomdating. They have dinner in the lobby three nights a week and breakfast every morning. There is plenty of parking and the rooms are really spacious. Some of two bedroom rooms have two floors which is great for families.

Un hotel nefasto, sucio,mal atendido y servicio al cliente horroroso. Estuve por 5 días aquí y en ningún momento hicieron aseo a pesar que se le dijo a la encargada y aun asi nada, la atención es poco servicial y amable,las zonas comunes están llenas de basura y heces de perro. El desayuno es una botella de agua y un muffin, hay cucarachas en los cuartos y las sábanas están manchadas con cosas raras, la cocina muy mal equipada y la alfombra por otro lado, también tiene varias manchas. Experiencia muy mala, no se lo recomiendo a nadie, y justo en estos tiempos donde más se necesita la mejor higiene posible, a este hotel le quedo difícil.

A localização era boa. Perto de muitas lojas e restaurantes, mas não o suficiente. Quarto poderia ser limpo de maneira melhor. O carpete precisa de uma limpeza profunda. Não foi possível usar os dois chuveiros ao mesmo tempo porque a água esfriaria. No check-in, tivemos que pedir uma vassoura para limpar os degraus do loft. Metade do fogão não funcionava, então só podíamos usar 2 bocas. No geral, poderia ter sido melhor por enquanto. Ótima localização, mas não ficaria aqui novamente.

The location was nice. Close to a lot of stores and but not enough restaurants. Room could of been cleaned way better. Carpet could use a deep cleaning. Couldn't use both showers at once because the water would get cold. Upon check in we had to borrow a broom to clean the steps in the loft. Half of the stove was not working so we could only use 2 burners. Overall could of been better for the time being. Nice location but wouldn't stay here again.
