Las reglas de COVID-19 están bien informadas.El hotel era muy bonito. Me alojé en una habitación premium con piscina privada. Muy limpio y buen servicio de habitaciones.El restaurante con buffet también era muy bueno. La comida era fresca y deliciosa.

The stay has been great. They did activities every day and it was a lot of fun. The treatment of the impeccable staff, very attentive. Related to the covid issue, there was hydrogel everywhere and they looked at the temperature every time you went to the buffet, we felt very safe. They lend towels for the pool and let you take them to the beach, you can change them for clean ones whenever you want. Very good quality / price. There is food and drink available at all hours of the day and you can ask for water at reception and they give you a large bottle.

Very happy with everything in general, the perfect cleaning, the measurements of the Covi are excellent (temperature, gels on all sides, ...), the employees are very friendly, Belen (the girl from Pepe's food) is charming, she explained many Things from the island, Eva and Alejandro from the Cala Piscina bar very friendly, Roberto is the entertainer and does his job great, then there was the short-skinned lifeguard who was also attentive to everything. La estancia ha sido genial. Realizaban actividades todos los días y era muy divertido. El trato del personal impecable, muy atentos. Relacionado con el tema covid había hidrogel por todos los sitios y te miraban la temperatura cada vez que ibas a entrar en el buffet, nos hemos sentido muy seguros. Prestan toallas para la piscina y dejan llevartelas a la playa, puedes cambiarlas por unas limpias cuando quieras. Calidad/precio muy buena. Hay comida y bebida a todas horas del día disponible y puedes pedur agua en recepción y te dan una botella grande.

Muy contento con todo en general, la limpieza perfecta, las medidas del Covi son excelentes (temperatura, geles por todos los lados,...), los empleados muy amables, Belen (la chica del Pepe’s food) es encantadora, nos explicó muchas cosas de la isla, Eva y Alejandro del bar Cala Piscina muy simpáticos, Roberto es el animador y hace genial su trabajo, luego estaba el socorrista rapadito que también estaba atento a todo. En general una gran familia que te hace que la estancia sea muy agradable. Espero volver pronto y verlo ya en plena normalidad.

Muy mala dirección, esperando 3 horas a la llegada porque limpiamos nuestra habitación y al mediodía se nos da asqueroso. Nada está planeado para francófonos, ¡solo hablamos español o alemán! Incluso el inglés es demasiado pedir.La cocina no es muy variada, los platos nunca están calientes e incluso los zumos de frutas están en polvo. Está permitido fumar en la mesa de la terraza del restaurante !!!! Es asquerosoEl gerente sabía hablar francés y nos envió 2 palabras el último día porque GESTHOTEL estaba allí para controlarla. Piscina cerrada a las 6 p.m., poca animación. Realmente decepcionado y nunca volveré a tener un pie allí!

Nos sentimos muy cómodos aquí. A pesar de la difícil situación provocada por COVID, en el hotel se hizo todo lo posible para que al huésped no le faltara nada.El hotel está en una excelente ubicación en Schinkenstrasse. Lo suficientemente cerca de Bierkönig / Bamboleo, pero lo suficientemente lejos de todo el ruido para que pueda relajarse de verdad en el hotel.El hotel fue reconstruido hace 2 años y cuenta con hermosas y modernas habitaciones, excelentes restaurantes, bar en la piscina, entretenimiento, estación de comida y un bar de bebidas separado.Creo que el único momento en el que no puedes tomar bebidas es entre las 8 a.m. y las 10:30 a.m.Siempre se midió la fiebre en los restaurantes y todo se desinfectaba constantemente, para que nos sintiéramos absolutamente seguros.¡Para el próximo año sin duda volveremos a reservar este hotel!

Gran hotel todo incluido en Schinkenstrasse. La habitación estaba muy bien. Cama cómoda. Daba a la calle y estaba bastante atrás, lo que lo hacía muy silencioso. Las pequeñas cosas no estaban del todo perfectas en la habitación, donde solo se eliminaron parcialmente, aunque realmente no nos molestó. Parte de la comida era demasiado salada para mí. No todos los platos fueron etiquetados como veganos o vegetarianos. El desayuno era más bien el mismo todos los días. Pero todo fue siempre en abundancia. Había 2 grandes restaurantes con diferentes ofertas. Se ofrecieron noches temáticas en un restaurante todos los días. Los cócteles eran muy buenos por la noche. Todo el equipo del hotel fue muy atento y amable. Siempre se limpió y desinfectó diligentemente. El hotel también es adecuado para estancias más largas. Las tumbonas de la piscina eran un poco incómodas para una tumbona más larga.La desinfección de manos, la mascarilla y la fiebre medida eran obligatorios frente a todos los restaurantes del hotel.Todo muy bien organizado.Gracias por la maravillosa semana en Ballermann.

Llegamos en la primera semana de agosto de 2020. Es ridículo que cada x cuando vas a comer mientras ya te has desinfectado las manos cuando entras al restaurante tengas que desinfectarte las manos una y otra vez. El entretenimiento es de 9-11 y luego se apagan las luces. Y si todavía quieres tomar algo en el patio del hotel, no puedes hacerlo después de las 12 del mediodía. Además, en casi todos los rincones, los empleados del hotel comprueban que la mascarilla bucal esté bien ajustada, incluso el cocinero que está cocinando vigila a la gente y se tapa la boca. No hay en ninguna parte cuáles son las reglas, se inventan día a día y poco se comunica al respecto. Bar mal para mí, así que nunca más mientras pagas dinero por esto.

Experiencia decepcionante en este hotel Riu. La comida era terrible ya que somos las bebidas en el restaurante. Tal vez están ahorrando debido a Corona, pero era prácticamente no comestible. Vi un par de casos en los que las personas solo estaban comiendo Pommes con salsa de tomate para el almuerzo, ya que todo el resto era basura. La configuración del hotel y el trato a los huéspedes me recordaron imágenes de la cría intensiva de animales.Algunos miembros del personal no explican ninguna de las reglas relacionadas con Corona correctamente. Deben estar debidamente informados para responder a las preguntas de los clientes. El check-out tardío también es bastante caro a 40 euros. Nuestra estadía también contó con dos apagones de electricidad que fueron exactamente el día anterior al check-out, por lo que nuestro embalaje fue pospuesto. El hotel no nos compensó por esto.En el lado positivo, las habitaciones eran grandes y la mayoría del personal era amable. Sin embargo, las camas en las habitaciones eran muy suaves y hacían mucho ruido. Las paredes también son bastante delgadas, por lo que probablemente escuches todo lo que hacen tus vecinos ...

Quédate en la semana del 1 al 9 de agosto de 2020. Las medidas Corona van demasiado lejos aquí, ¡tienes que desinfectarte las manos 5 veces con 1 comida! (y están comprobando) por dentro y por fuera tienes que ponerte la mascarilla cuando descienda, te gritarán como si fueras un delincuente. Y son comandantes todo el día. Las puertas del hotel se cierran a la medianoche y ya no puedes sentarte afuera o sentarte afuera y estás encerrado adentro. Realmente horrible, ¡no malgastes tu dinero!

Pasamos nuestra luna de miel en este hotel, lo recomendamos encarecidamente. Habitaciones muy bien decoradas. Servicio de alto nivel. La comida es rica y variada. La zona de piscinas es muy extensa, todos encontrarán un lugar para ellos. Ya sabemos que volveremos a Mallorca y muy probablemente al mismo hotel ✌️

¡El personal fue excepcional! Trabajaron muy duro. Muy amigable La comida podría haber sido un poco mejor, realmente no me impresionó. El snack bar, la comida no era realmente buena. No lo recomiendo. Los 2 restaurantes son casi iguales, pero uno más grande que el otro. Las bebidas eran buenas. El desayuno era bueno, pero le vendría bien un poco de variedad todos los días. Me encantó el chorizo. La habitación es espaciosa pero tuvimos que caminar mucho. Fue una caminata muy larga hasta la habitación, pasillos largos. Debido a COVID-19 fue un poco silencioso. Pero tenga en cuenta que esto se encuentra en el área de la fiesta y podría ser muy molesto. Caminata corta a la playa. La zona de la playa está bien. Tome el pequeño auto de ida y vuelta, bastante agradable para ver qué más hay alrededor. Haz una excursión de un día en barco, vale la pena. Que te diviertas.

Disappointing experience in this Riu hotel. The food was terrible as we're the drinks in the restaurant. Maybe they are saving because of Corona but it was practically inedible. Saw a couple of cases where ppl were just eating Pommes with ketchup for lunch as all the rest was garbage. The hotel setup and guest treatment reminded me of footage from intensive animal farming.Some staff members don't explain any of the Corona related rules properly. They should be properly briefed in order to answer customers questions. The late check-out is also quite expensive at 40 euros. Our stay also featured two electricity blackouts which were exactly the day before the check-out so our packing was postponed.The hotel did not compensate us for this.On the positive side the rooms were big and most of the staff was friendly. The beds in the rooms however were very soft and made a lot of noises. The walls are also pretty thin so you will probably hear everything that your neighbors do...

The 2 restaurants about the same just one bigger than the other. Drinks were good. Breakfast was good but could use a little variety daily. I loved the Chorizo. The room is spacious but we had to walk a lot. It was a very long walk to the room, long hallways. Due to COVID-19 it was a little quiet. But be aware that this is situated at the party area and it could be very annoying. Short walk to the beach. The beach area is ok. Take the little car round trip, pretty nice to see what else is around. Take a day trip with a boat, it's worth. Have fun.

Very bad address, waiting 3 hours on arrival because we clean our room and at noon it is given to us disgusting. Nothing is planned for French speakers, we only speak Spanish or German! Even English is too much to ask.The cuisine is not very varied, the dishes are never hot and even the fruit juices are powdered. Smoking at the table in the restaurant terrace part is allowed !!!! It's disgustingThe manager knew how to speak French and sent us 2 words on the last day because GESTHOTEL was there to control her. Swimming pool closed at 6 p.m., few entertainment. Really disappointed and never have a foot there again!

Close enough to the Bierkönig / Bamboleo, but far enough away from all the noise so that you can really relax in the hotel.The hotel was rebuilt 2 years ago and has beautiful, modern rooms, great restaurants, pool bar, entertainment, food station and a separate drinks bar.I think the only time you can't get drinks between 8 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.A fever was always measured in the restaurants and everything was constantly disinfected, so that we felt absolutely safe.For the next year we will definitely book this hotel again!

Great all inclusive hotel in the Schinkenstrasse. Room was very good. Comfortable bed. It faced the street and was quite far back, which made it very quiet. Little things weren't quite perfect in the room, where they were only partially removed, although it didn't really bother us. Some of the food was a little too salty for me. Not all dishes were labeled vegan or vegetarian. Breakfast was rather the same every day. But everything was always in abundance. There were 2 large restaurants with different offers. Theme nights were offered in a restaurant every day. Cocktails were very good in the evening. The whole team from the hotel was very attentive and friendly. It was always diligently cleaned and disinfected. The hotel is also suitable for a longer stay. The loungers at the pool were a bit uncomfortable for a longer period of time.Hand disinfection, a mask and a fever measured were mandatory in front of every restaurant in the hotel.Everything very well organized.Thank you for the wonderful week at Ballermann

We arrived in the first week of Aug 2020. It is ridiculous that every x when you go to eat while you have already disinfected your hands when you enter the restaurant you have to disinfect your hands again and again. Entertainment is from 9-11 then the lights go out. And if you want to have a drink in the courtyard of the hotel, you are not allowed to do so after 12 noon. Furthermore, at almost every corner, the employees of the hotel check that your mouth mask is properly fitted, even the cook who is cooking watches the people and the mouth caps. Stay in the week from 1 to 9 Aug 2020. The Corona measures here go way too far you have to disinfect your hands 5 times with 1 meal! Nice hotel that handles corona regulations well. The room was clean, the staff was nice. Many speak German and English. Snack buffet is fine but not outstanding. Unfortunately, I have not been able to test the remaining (large) restaurants.

The hotel is not bad, but there are details to polish, the buffet is quite poor to what this chain has accustomed us, the location is about 300mts from the beach ... (well) I recommend using single doses for the buffet and removing oils , vinegars and things that are manipulated by other guests. Very bad the breakfast that they give at the exit when one has to fly at dawn, they do not put even a toaster and the cold coffee, (Ugly goodbye) I would not repeat!

El hotel no está mal,pero hay detalles que pulir, el bufet es bastante pobre a lo que nos tiene acostumbrados esta cadena, la ubicación esta a unos 300mts de la playa...(bien)recomiendo utilizar monodosis para el bufet y quitar aceites,vinagres y cosas que estén manipuladas por otros huéspedes.Muy mal el desayuno que dan a la salida cuando uno tiene que volar de madrugada,no ponen ni una tostadora y el café frio,(Fea despedida)No volvería a repetir!

Buen trato,después de una desagradable experiencia, haviendo perdido dos días de mis vacaciones en otro hotel, vinimos y nos gustó este hotel y nos dieron habitación, el trato del personal fabuloso, muy limpio y buena comida ,( posdata no vallan al Riu Concordia )una experiencia muy mal ,y sin embargo de la misma cadena el Riu playa parker, fabuloso ,volveré a venir

Lo bueno que tiene:- En general el hotel (hablo de las instalaciones) está muy bien, es nuevo y se nota.- La comida, muy buena para lo que suele haber en los buffet de hoteles similares.- El personal, todos, en todas las zonas. Para mí, lo mejor de todo el hotel ha sido el trato de todos los que trabajan allí (sobre todo uno de los camareros, David creo que se llama).- La piscina no es impresionante, pero está bastante bien y, en general, se encuentran hamacas.Lo malo que tiene:- La ubicación, en una calle plagada de alemanes de juerga todo el día. Yo no conocía la zona, si lo hubiera sabido posiblemente no habría ido a este hotel.- Los horarios están pensados para extranjeros y no tanto para españoles. La hora de la cena está bien (hasta las 22.30), pero la comida en el restaurante es de 12.30 a 14.30. A nosotros se nos echaba el tiempo encima porque a las 14.30 ya no dejaban entrar a coger nada. El horario del gimnasio igual, cierra a las 20.00 (nosotros aún estábamos o de visita, o en la piscina).- El entretenimiento nocturno del hotel es pésimo (el peor de todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado, que son bastantes). El año pasado estuvimos en otro Riu de Gran Canaria y los espectáculos eran impresionantes. En este hotel supongo que ya está casi todo pensado para los alemanes que están de juerga por la misma calle del hotel, porque nunca he visto actuaciones tan malas en mi vida. Y hemos estado a mediados de agosto, así que no quiero ni pensar cómo es la animación nocturna el resto del año.Creo que todos los contras pesan bastante como para darle 3 estrellas (le daría 3,5 como mucho... ni de broma 4).

Las instalaciones son nuevas y por tanto están a la altura de las expectativas pero la animación durante el día y sobre todo por la noche dejan muchísimo que desear. No está a la altura de la cadena ni de un 4* (el precio evidentemente si es acordé...).Puedo llegar a entender que el público al que está dirigido el hotel es el extranjero de hábitos etílicos desmedidos cuya exigencias es mínima pero no que tanto los horarios como el resto de actividades respondan única y exclusivamente a este colectivo, dejando al resto de huéspedes al margen.El hotel parece aún en construcción y necesitará tiempo pero para nosotros no ha llegado a cumplir con lo esperado en nuestras vacaciones.

El hotel reabrió sus puertas en abril de 2019 y se ha vuelto totalmente hermoso. La decoración es estupenda, las habitaciones son grandes, hay varias piscinas, bares, gimnasio, estacionamiento, varios restaurantes, todo incluido las 24 horas y un personal amable.

Hotel de primera clase, con personal muy amable y cortés. Estuve allí con seis amigos (de 30 a 40 años). Bienvenido con vino espumoso y posterior check-in sin estrés (los documentos se prepararon mientras estábamos cenando). Todo estaba limpio Gran selección en el desayuno buffet. En el almuerzo y la cena buffet, por supuesto. Absolutamente nada faltaba, además de muy buenos bares. Por la noche todavía puede proporcionar alimentos, las botellas de agua también están disponibles de forma gratuita. Estaremos encantados de volver y recomendar encarecidamente este hotel. Gracias por la gran estancia y esperamos verte el año que viene.

Great looking hotel, completely new build with great lively atmosphere. The reception is very friendly and you recieve champagne on check in. The staff in the bars and restaurant are so professional and smile al the time. Also the manager, you will see her all the time checking if everything runs smooth, you can ask her anything. The Belgian guide from Tui is also very prominent and super-helpful! Food is really good, definitely in the theme restaurant. See you next year.

Having read the terrible reviews we were a bit concerned about what we might find at the Riu Playa Park. We needn't have worried at all - we had a really lovely holiday. The staff were fantastic, always smiling, willing to help and very courteous. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well maintained. We had no problems at all with our fellow guests, everyone got along well. Such a shame that some other people wanted to bad mouth such a lovely hotel.Our only issue was that we didn't like the street the hotel is placed in - not a lot you can do about this, except to say in order to avoid the huge beer halls, which could be a bit rowdy, my advice is, when coming out of the hotel, turn left, left again and 1st left into the street behind the hotel - what a lovely road this is and it takes you down to the beach and some very nice bars and shops. In fact I am not sure why the hotel hasn't made an entrance onto this road, its so much nicer than the road it faces. Overall we had a 5 star holiday.

The hotel reopened in April 2019 and has become totally beautiful. The decor is great, the rooms are large, there are several pools, bars, a gym, parking, several restaurants, all inclusive 24 hours and friendly staff

First class hotel, with very friendly and courteous staff. I was there with six friends (ages 30 to 40). Welcome with sparkling wine and subsequent stress-free check-in (documents were prepared while we were at dinner). All clean. Great selection at the breakfast buffet. At lunch and dinner buffet, of course. Absolutely nothing was missing, besides very good bars. At night you can still provide food, water bottles are also available for free. We will gladly come back and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the great stay and hopefully see you next year.

Great hotel It is true that it is located in an area of quite partying and foreigners, but we have not encountered any problems. Very friendly staff. The food and the all-inclusive very complete and varied. New and well decorated. Failures, lack of animation, improve the offer of excursions, and brands of IT drinks. The little animation there is also coincides with the usual dinner schedule of the Spanish. For the rest, it has not let us down, as we expect from this chain.

Das Hotel hatte Mitte April Neueröffnung. Es ist wunderschön geworden. Tolle Einrichtung, die Zimmer sind groß, die Dusche mit Glastrennwand ist ein Traum.Es gibt 2 Restaurants, in denen man abends speisen kann, 1 "normales" und ein Themen Restaurant, wo alle 2 Tage das Thema gewechselt wird. Das Essen ist lecker und die Auswahl groß. Auch als Vegetarier wird man satt. :-)Es wird ein 24 Std. - All inklusive angeboten, die Hotelbar ist rund um die Uhr besetzt.Trotz der Fliesen auf den Fluren und in den Zimmern ist es recht ruhig im Hotel. Zumindest Ende April. Auch vom Opening - Wochenendes im wenig entfernten Bierkönig hat man wenig mitbekommen. Unsere Zimmer lagen allerdings auch zum Pool, nicht zur Straße. Da mag es anders sein.Der Preis von 485€ für 5 Tage war für dieses Hotel mega gut, aber das wird vermutlich nicht so bleiben.Wir würden wiederkommen.

The hotel was newly built and recently opened. All in all a good hotel. The staff was always friendly. My rating is, of course, the main focus of the cost of the hotel. For the price range, the food could have been better. The last time we were in the "old hotel" and like everyone agreed that we had better food.The rooms are of course very modern and nice. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired here and there.

Hotel genial. Es verdad que esta ubicado en una zona de bastante fiesta y extranjeros, pero nosotros no hemos encontrado ningun problema. El personal muy amable. La comida y el todo incluido muy completo y variado. Nuevo y bien decorado. Fallos, falta animacion, mejorar la oferta de excursiones, y las marcas de las bebidas del TI. La poca animación que hay coincide ademas con el horario de cena habitual de los españoles. Por lo demas, no nos ha defraudado, como esperamos de esta cadena.

Fui por Semana Santa con mi pareja y solo tengo una palabra para describir el hotel: INCREIBLE, increíble es el hotel con todo nuevo, un acabo modernista y minimalista a la vez, las habitaciones muy amplias con un buen acabado, también disponen de un gimnasio que tiene lo necesario para entrenar y diferentes restaurantes com diferentes temáticas y la comida de excelente calidad! De 10!! El tiempo no nos ha podido acompañar, una pena sin duda,porque nos hemos quedado sin probar la zona de la piscina que es espectacular. Y sobretodo destacaría la atención que he tenido con el personal del hotel: desde el minuto 1 que he entrado hasta que salimos, que pedimos hacer check out más tarde y no tuvieron ninguna pega en eso. El personal de la sala, los de la barra muy atentos y simpáticos en todo momento. Tuvieron todos el detalle de que mi cumpleaños fuera un día excepcional. Cabe destacar también la limpieza, todo en su sitio. Y sin duda me ha sorprendido para bien la simpatía de la directora del hotel con todos los clientes del hotel, mostrándose por el bienestar de todos. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable volveré sin duda!

Instalaciones nuevas y estupendas.Ubicación muy buena y personal muy atento. Pero no es la calidad de un Riu 4 estrellas: comidas y cenas repetitivas, abuso de pizza, hamburguesas y perritos y pocas elecciones. Llevo en el hotel dos días y la comida deja muchísimo que desear. Por la mañana casi sería mejor zumo de naranja de cartón que no el de máquina. Parece que está enfocado a beber y mal comer.comida de batalla.El horario no está pensado para el turista español, y el entretenimiento/espectáculos son nulos. Un señor con un organillo cantando canciones con ninguna gracia queda muy lejos de lo que se.espera de un hotel todo incluido.

Fueron 7 días y éramos una familia de 11 personas, las instalaciones, servicio y trato genial. Si que es verdad que nos falto un poco de alegria por las noches ya que las animaciones no animaban mucho pero por todo lo demás muy bien camareros simpáticos personal genial y limpiadoras que no se hacían oírlas por la mañana ya que eso as veces molesta bastante. Decoración genial y ubicación también y la comida puedo decir que súper buena variedades en todo tanto desayuno como cena y comida desde sopas, cremas, calientes, frío, carney pescados. Fueron unas bonitas vacaciones os doy las gracias al personal.

¡Lo pasé genial!Personal estupendo y trato inmejorable. Leo un gran recepcionista. Mariló en el restaurante increíble.Preciosa semana de agosto.Por poner una pega: Los horarios de las comidas... por lo demás todo muy rico.Y sobre todo a mis camareras paisanas de Sevilla que trabajan en el hotel,chicas sois estupendas! Gracias por hacernos pasar una grata estancia.Y por ultimo y mejor quiero decir que Roberto el animador estando solo como esta lo da todo por alegrar las tardes en el hotel, no solo es un buen trabajador y disfruta de lo que hace también tiene un gran corazón como persona, tuvo un gesto muy bonito con los niños del hotel a la cuenta de querer darle unos diplomas que habían ganado y no les pudo entregar. Creo que Roberto necesita compañeros el solo hace mucho y da lo mejor pero con alguien a su lado la dinámica sería brutal pues son muchas personas para uno solo y el con su esmero lo hace encantado. Me llevo un grato recuerdo de mi estancia y de las personas que conocí,la seguridad dentro del hotel es exquisita,muy formal y inmejorable. Ubicación en Zona Alemana. ¡Gracias Riu!

De momento está cerrado por reforma, pero están amargando la vida a TODOS sus vecinos. Por favor, rueguen a la empresa constructora que utilice agua antes de tirar paredes o mover tierras, los vecinos no pueden respirar en una NUBE permanente de polvo. Espero que entiendan el problema actual, nosotros ponemos la paciencia, ustedes hagan lo posible por hacer que todo sea mas tolerable, ya que no es una cuestión de pocos días.

Situado cerca de la playa, los camareros y los animadores son encantadores, el trato es muy amable. El buffet es decente, tiene variación y está todo limpio y ordenado. Las habitaciones básicas, limpias el primer día, pero el resto de días a nosotros nos dejaron un poco de arena en las sabanas y el suelo... y se les olvidó reponer el champú dos días. Nosotras fuimos en mayo/junio así que no fue necesario el aire acondicionado pero con más calor se necesitaría y no había.Hay ruido en la calle, sobretodo a la noche se puede oír a la gente de fiesta, hay muchísimo extranjero en la zona, por no decir que la mayoría son extranjeros (alemanes, británicos...). El wifi está solo en las zonas comunes, no hay en las habitaciones. El decorado de las zonas comunes es sencillo, un poco anticuado. Hay billares tanto dentro como en la zona de la piscina y tablas de pin pon, y la piscina interior esta bien para nadar a la tarde/noche cuando se ha ido el sol o muy pronto en la mañana, eso si, nada de ir a medio día o a la tarde porque esta lleno de niños y gente, es imposible estar.En conclusión, el hotel es básico y sencillo. No es de lo mejor pero si se consigue por precio bajo es aceptable sobretodo en temporada media/baja que hay menos gente. Si vas a pagar un precio alto (ya sea porque reservas tarde o porque han subido el precio) es mejor buscarse otro, sobretodo en temporada alta.

Las habitaciones son viejas y parece que se vaya al ropero la cama mientras duermes de lo que chirría, la comida está bastante bien lo único que no hay mucha comida en los desayunos y comidas, en cambio las cenas son geniales, hay un montón de extranjeros (alemanes,franceses...) y como todo el mundo tiene el todo incluido no paran de beber y están todo el día borracho, por lo menos no se meten con nadie, elservicio de limpieza es muy bueno y todo el personal es muy agradable, la animación es para niños con menos de 10 años y por las noches siempre hay música o bingo. Cuando llegas piensas que va a ser un infierno pero luego te vas adaptando.

He estado alojado 7 días en Julio en este resort, y se puede describir con tres palabras: turismo de borrachera. El personal es excepcional, la comida muy buena,las habitaciones y los ascensores, sería muy conveniente darles un repaso para actualizarlos, pero lo peor de todo, con la mayor diferencia, son los extranjeros, principalmente alemanes y franceses. Ya nada más llegar puedes verlos en el Hall con los pies en la mesa, gritando o eructando, con lo que te hace pensar que eso, normal, no es. Son cerdos como ellos solos, sin educación, ruidosos, están borrachos desde las 10-11 de la mañana, y con lo que eso conlleva: en la piscina, les da igual que te quieras bañar, están jugando con los balones de Ruby, fútbol y las colchonetas, por lo que te den un golpe es algo muy probable.Si quieres estar relajado en la zona de la piscina, imposible, tienen cada grupito su altavoz portátil para que puedas disfrutar de su música, teniendo por ejemplo, la música del animador, 3 grupos más y otro grupo borracho pegando voces y cantando. Luego, si te quieres ir a la habitación a "descansar", sobre las 15:00 - 16:00 horas para tener un momento de tranquilidad, tienes grandes posibilidades de que te toque oír como juegan por los pasillos a pegar voces y golpes en las puertas, con la suerte de que te dejen los vasos de las copas en tu puerta o en mitad del pasillo. Todo esto, lo deben de ver normal y hacer en su país.Cuando cierran los "chiringuitos típicos alemanes para emborracharse", que están en la misma calle del hotel, te toca aguantar como quieren seguir la fiesta por los pasillos y en la habitación, por lo que disfrutas de una noche de gritos y fiesta hasta que te toca llamar a recepción para que manden a seguridad.Sinceramente, con familia y/o niños no lo recomiendo, y en los alrededores la cosa no cambia, suciedad en las calles, gente tirada borracha,... hasta la playa da vergüenza de como la tienen de suciedad y de latas de cerveza, pero esto es como todo, es lo que da dinero, el turismo familiar y de tranquilidad no lo da, y es lo que quieren.

Grandes profesionales, nos trataron con suma cortesía, lo peor ver como la juventud alemana les trata y las putadas que les hacen a ellos y a las instalaciones. Price and performance really great! Location is awesome if you want to celebrate and at night it is still relatively quiet.Staff is helpful and friendly.The all inclusive offer was really good, very tasty and relatively extensive buffet. In addition burgers and fries by the pool,cocktails and beer throughout the day. The only downside to this hotel is no air conditioning in the rooms.

Hoy han regresado a Bilbao,mi madre, mis suegros y dos amigas, tras pasar 15 días en este hotel. Han tenido una experiencia maravillosa, han venido encantados. La atención del personal ha sido inmejorable, es lo que más han destacado, pero también la comida ha sido exquisita, las habitaciones muy limpias, bonitas y confortables con buenas vistas, había tiendas cerca, la playa cerca, la parada de bus cerca,. No han encontrado ninguna pega. Su estancia ha sido tan agradable que todos los años repetirán. Hola estube alli la ultima semana d mayo, mi esperiencia no fue buena, si eres español no te lo aconsejo, esta en la calle principal d todo el jaleo d alemanes y ingleses.el bufef muy amplio pero los 7 dias casi lo mismo, bamos poca variedad,, las habitaciones limpias pero muy antiguas.Lo unico a destacar como bueno es el personal, muy amable y simpatico.

The Hotel and personel are very nice. Rooms are clean but hot because there is no Airco. The Food and dringks are excellent.The problem is that you are located in the German part of Mallorca and the young group of German man are very loud and a-social. Drinking to much and the hotel personel does not doing anything about it.Yes you can have holidays and fun but screaming and singing all day long with the music you like yourself on a high volume is not so pleasant for the rest of the guests.

Todo en el hotel fue excelente. Las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. La comida buenísima. El personal impecable, son muy simpáticos y amables todos. Y muchas medidas anti covid en todo el hotel, con lo cual todo el tiempo te sientes protegido.

En instalaciones, amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal, en comida un 10. Lo único que falla un poco son las bebidas alcohol que son marcas blancas y para un hotel de ésta categoría le falla. Es lo único que falla. El resto un 10 porque no puedo poner más alto.

Hotel de 4* nuevo. La habitación muy grande y cómoda. El personal maravilloso. Lo único que le falla son los espectáculos por la noche no está al nivel del hotel, traen cantantes para que te duermas y te vayas para la cama. Lo único divertido cuando se queda el animador.

Mucho mejor de lo esperado, está en plena zona de bares de guiris, pero dentro del hotel no se nota y se puede ir a la playa por la calle de atrás. El animador es un encanto. No hay mini club. No hay toboganes ni piscina de niños. 3 piscinas incluida la del bar.

Emos estado allí una semana y el personal es lo mejor que tiene el hotel te hacen sentir como en casa y agradecer en especial a una de ella es Dori una camarera estupenda con lo cual no nos faltaba de nada yo lo recomiendo en el que se van a sentir como en casa aunque los giris se lo carguen todo☺️

Hotel situado el el Arenal de Palma de Mallorca. Queda a unos 400 metros de la playa y tienes que cruzar una zona plagada de bares y locales de ambiente aleman. Muchos borrachos y escándalos. No recomendable si buscas descanso.
