ESTE LUGAR É UMA ENGANA!!! NÃO ALUGUE UM QUARTO AQUI! Alugamos um quarto por 5 minutos, em 5 minutos já tínhamos sido cobrados 2 vezes pelo valor total de US $ 560 por 2 noites que não sabíamos até mais tarde. Fomos para o quarto para encontrar ambiente nojento. Ele nos disse que o lugar era limpo, bonito e atualizado, não havia nada agradável no quarto, o banheiro também era nojento, as luzes não funcionavam e o banheiro estava inoperante e vazio. Além de tudo isso, eles nos disseram que não havia elevador após a compra, descemos do quarto e exigimos imediatamente um reembolso, eles fingiram emitir um reembolso e cobraram do nosso banco uma terceira vez, agora estamos lidando com o banco para contestar as acusações e ter que esperar 10 dias para que a investigação seja concluída.

ESTE LUGAR ES UNA ESTAFA!!! ¡NO ALQUILE UNA HABITACIÓN AQUÍ! Alquilamos una habitación por 5 minutos, en 5 minutos ya nos habían cobrado 2 veces por el monto total de $ 560 por 2 noches que no supimos hasta más tarde. Fuimos a la habitación para encontrar un ambiente asqueroso. Nos dijo que el lugar estaba limpio, hermoso y actualizado, no había nada agradable en la habitación, el baño también era asqueroso, las luces no funcionaban y el inodoro no funcionaba y estaba vacío. Además de todo eso, nos dijeron que no había ascensor después de la compra, bajamos de la habitación e inmediatamente exigimos un reembolso, fingieron emitir un reembolso y cobraron a nuestro banco por tercera vez, ahora estamos tratando con el banco. disputar los cargos y tener que esperar 10 días para que se complete la investigación.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !!! DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE ! We rented a room for 5 minutes, within 5 minutes we had already been charged 2 times for the full amount of $560 for 2 nights that we did not know about til a later time. We went to the room to find disgusting environment. He told us the place was clean, beautiful and updated, there was nothing pleasant about the room, the bathroom was also disgusting, the lights didn't work and the toilet was inoperable and empty. On top of all that, they told us there was no elevator after the purchase, we came down from the room and immediately demanded a refund, they pretended to issue a refund and charged our bank a third time, now we are dealing with the bank to dispute the charges and have to wait 10 days for investigation to be complete.

They towels were disgusting stains don't know last time they were washed. These sheets were just as bad. The clientele were like homeless people

Reserve um quarto por sua conta e risco! Fui para Maryland e precisava de um quarto para apenas uma noite. Tudo o que eu precisava era de uma cama quentinha, um lugar para colocar minha comida e bebida e um banho quente sem gastar US$ 150. Isto é o que você recebe por US$ 80...cuidado.

¡Reserve una habitación bajo su propio riesgo! Fui a Maryland y necesitaba una habitación solo por una noche. Todo lo que necesitaba era una cama caliente, un lugar para poner mi comida y bebida y una ducha caliente sin gastar $150. Esto es lo que obtienes por $80... cuidado.

Book a room at your own risk! I went to Maryland and needed a room for only one night. All I needed was a warm bed, a place to put my food & drink and a hot shower without spending $150. This is what you get for $80...beware.

We reserved our room online and the photos online looked as though it would be a reasonable place to stay for the price. IT WAS NOT, it was disgusting, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the last people who lived there, the TV was missing, holes in the walls, blunt wrappers in the floor, etc. We only stayed in the room for maybe five minutes. The guy at the desk seemed nice enough and had us sign a paper to be able to get a refund and we left. It has now been almost a month and the transaction is still "pending" but the money is still not back in my account and they were supposed to email me the invoice on the 28th of September that said when they cancelled the charges and the zero balance so my card company can go ahead and put the money back. They have yet to do that so we're still out the money for that might. Hopefully we can get this taken care of and get our money back. Save yourself the stress and go to one of the many other hotels in the area! There are less expensive ones that are way better value and cleanliness. If you can't clean your rooms between visitors especially during a pandemic that is a huge problem!!
