“Eu nunca na minha vida fiquei em um hotel mais nojento. Primeiro vou dizer que a cama era confortável. Agora, apenas as colchas estavam limpas. Meu marido e eu fomos guardar a comida e a geladeira não estava funcionando. Não só não funcionou, mas havia MOLD crescendo nele. O balcão do banheiro tinha maquiagem por todo o lado. O telefone também não funcionou. E tentar alguém para atender a recepção foi mais difícil do que deveria ter sido. Você pensaria que, por estarem tão perto do hospital, eles se esforçariam para ser um bom lugar para ficar. Bem, eles não e eu nunca vou ficar lá novamente!”
