“Doesn't live up to 4 start rating. Room didn't have microwave oven. We needed a floor mattress due to back issues, they couldn't provide anything. All they could give was a very thin extra blanket. They didn't give me wifi password. Thermostat wasn't working. It was very cold in the night, we tried to increase temperature, but A/C wouldn't turn off even after trying to turn it off.”
