Paid extra for a Harborview room. The room they gave me is on the third floor. It was not what was advertised as there was no view and a lot of noise from the road. I asked to be transferred to another room. The First Lady said no. I asked the guy working in the morning and he said they had plenty available and moved me. Much happier after that. Would be nice if all staff where accommodating. Don’t pay for a harbor view room below floor 4 or it’s a waste of money.

While the hotel is kind of dated, it’s still a very nice hotel. They could definitely use an upgrade but the hotel is well kept so it doesn’t look that bad. We had a King room and it was nice and spacious. We had a partial view of the harbor which was also nice. This is a pet-friendly hotel, and they don’t charge for service animals. I loved the close proximity to the harbor and the downtown area. It’s a pretty decent area; I didn’t feel unsafe walking my dog early in themorning or late at night. The staff were professional, they treated us well. I’d definitely stay here again when I visit Baltimore.

Teria sido 5, mas eles eram super inconvenientes. Chegamos cedo na cidade e não conseguimos fazer o check-in antecipado. O dinheiro não é um problema. Não há oferta de armazenamento de bagagem. Sem serviço de manobrista. É difícil acessar a garagem e trazer bagagem da garagem para o hotel. Bela Vista. Bonito quarto. Bela vista, ótimo serviço e localização. Nós realmente gostamos da nossa estadia aqui. A cama é bastante confortável. O quarto tem um design muito bom. A vista é muito legal, com vista para o porto. O estacionamento é conveniente. Caminhamos até o Aquário e muitos restaurantes agradáveis daqui. Terminou a viagem no American Visionary Museum.

Would have been 5 but they were super inconvenient. We arrived in town early couldn’t get an early check in. Money not an issue. No offer of storage for luggage. No valet service. Hard to access garage and bringing luggage into hotel from garage. Great view. Nice room. Most staff accommodating First Lady approached super nasty. Will try other places before coming back here again. Sadly

Beautiful view, great service and location. We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed is quite comfy. The room has a really nice design. The view is really cool, overlooking the harbor. Parking is convenient. We walked to the Aquarium and to many nice restaurants from here. Ended the trip at the American Visionary Museum.

Meu marido e eu reservamos um cruzeiro com jantar no porto interno para o nosso aniversário e estávamos à procura de um hotel a uma curta distância. Este hotel é a localização PERFEITA. Eu também fiquei muito impressionado com o quarto. Bom tamanho, cama confortável, vista incrível. A equipe foi tão útil e acolhedora. Nós viajamos com freqüência. My husband and I booked a dinner cruise at the inner harbor for our anniversary and were looking for a hotel in walking distance. This hotel is the PERFECT location. I was also really impressed with the room. Nice size, comfortable bed, amazing view. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. We travel frequently. This was the first time staying at a sonesta and had such a great experience, we got a membership. Will stay again

Certamente ficaria novamente! A sala era grande e tinha uma alcova com um banco. Falamos no banco e assistimos ao Baltimore Running Festival. Mais tarde encontramos a Barra do Explorador. Would certainly stay again! The room was large and had an alcove with a bench. We say in the bench and watched the Baltimore Running Festival go by. Later we found the Explorer's Bar. They had a knowledgeable bartender and a great selection of scotch. Plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. Try Blue Agave.

A minha estada em Baltimore de 28/12/13 até 03/01/14 foi muito boa, com as acomodações sendo amplamente confortáveis. O restaurante de boa qualidade, quadra de squash, piscina, academia de bom nivel, etc, também estão nos pontos positivos. O negativo: a cobrança de self parking e parking sales tax no valor de US$ 124,80 quando não alugamos carro, não utilizamos os serviços de parking e andamos somente a pé e de taxi. E o incrível é que meu filho, antes de fechar a nota. tinha conversado com a atendente e alertado este fato, desculpando-se ela dizendo que retiraria da nota. Não o fez e minha esposa e filha quando foram fechar a conta também reclamaram, mas alegaram ser "obrigatory taxes".Fiquem atentos para não cairem no meu problema quando lá hospedarem.

Terrible hotel. Weird lighting and very dated. Absolutely no amenities. No room service, mini bar or even a restaurant (except on the weekends?!). My towels were stained with makeup. I paid for a king water front suite, and got the most basic room (and frankly pretty gross) and the water view was barely visible over the huge building blocking it. The room is depressing with a super small tv. The front desk NEVER picks up. How is this a 4 star hotel?!

A vista do nosso quarto era linda, o gerente fez um upgrade de cortesia porque a nossa reserva não estava no sistema e teve que ser inserida manualmente. Não foi problema para nós esperarmos, mas foi bom que eles fizeram isso. Perto de tudo o que é ótimo em Baltimore. Me senti seguro, não era bem o que eu saí de um hotel 4,5 estrelas, nosso refrigerador era muito velho e fazia um barulho estranho, e poderia usar algumas reformas, mas foi ótimo no geral !!!!

The view from our room was beautiful, the manager did a courtesy upgrade because our reservation wasn't in the system and had to be manually inputted. It was really no issue for us to wait, but it was nice that they did that. Close to everything that is great about Baltimore. Felt safe, wasn't quite what I exited from a 4.5 star hotel, our fridge was very old and made a weird noise, and could use some renovations but it was great overall!!!!

My grandmother always say if we do not have anything good to say, we should be quiet.But all i must say to whoever is in charge of the hotel is , it Covid time, please have hand soap for guests.And people wonder why the corona virus is going nowhere, because of things like this.. No housekeeper came to the room..I saw one in the hallway and asked for 2 towels and was told i had to call the front desk which I did so so often and no one answered , through all my stay. The one star is for the doorman.An elderly man ,very courteous smh

Tive um pequeno problema com o frio na sala, mas eles rapidamente enviaram seu engenheiro, Nick. Ele era rápido, eficiente e, acima de tudo, incrivelmente legal. Ele não conseguiu consertar a sala fria, algo com o ar central não estando em configuração dupla (ac e calor), mas ele fez tudo o que pôde para nos deixar confortáveis. Até saiu de seu caminho para nos conseguir cobertores extras. Ele definitivamente fez a nossa estadia.

Had a little trouble with it being cold in the room but they quickly sent up their engineer, Nick. He was quick, efficient, and most of all incredibly nice. He couldn't fix the cold room, something with the central air not being on dual (ac and heat) setting, but he did everything he could to make us comfortable. Even went out of his way to get us extra blankets. He definitely made our stay.

Nós estivemos aqui antes e foi ótimo. Desta vez foi uma história diferente. No geral, uma experiência ruim do check-in para o check-out. Embora o porteiro fosse uma delícia. Sem roupa de cama para a cama desdobrável. O cofre precisava de manutenção e não fechava. Sinto que entendi melhor as políticas dos hotéis, simplesmente lendo o site.

We stayed here before and it was great. This time was a different story. Overall, a bad experience from check-in to check out. Although, the Doorman was a delight. No linens for the pull-out bed. The safe needed to be serviced and would not close. I feel like I had a better grasp of the hotel polices, simply by reading the website.

Meu marido e eu nos casamos em Baltimore e nós ficamos aqui, assim como tivemos um de nossos blocos de quarto de hotel aqui. Todos os funcionários foram INCRÍVEIS! Richard in Sales nos ajudou com o bloqueio de quartos e organizando nossa própria estadia e foi extremamente útil e receptivo. Os funcionários da recepção foram todos super simpáticos. Eles foram até mesmo gentis o suficiente para nos dar um upgrade de quarto de cortesia !! Os quartos eram todos muito bons e muito limpos. Nós realmente gostamos da nossa estadia aqui.

If you are coming to Baltimore and want to be down in the Harbor area you have to stay here. Huge rooms!!! Everything was nice. Bed comfortable. Fridge in room. Microwave is $5/day. Parking is expensive. Reminded me of being in NYC. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I got married in Baltimore and we stayed here, as well as had one of our hotel room blocks here. All of the staff were AWESOME! Richard in Sales helped us with the room block and organizing our own stay and was extremely helpful and responsive. The front desk staff were all super friendly. They were even kind enough to give us a complimentary room upgrade!! The rooms were all quite nice and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.
