The reason why we love this resort is because we feel so welcome here. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. We had Oscar take care of our luggage he took care of it as if it were his own! We always sat in Emilio’s section at the pool. He most definitely took care of all our poolside needs. Emilio is extremely knowledgeable in all the drinks! Our pool concierge was Aldo and if we needed anything at all, he was the one that made it happen for us. The pool entertainment crew do an awesome job and Fidel made activities fun! When we entered the Market Cafe we always loved to see Anahi. She is by far the best hostess because of her friendliness and personality! There are four waiters in the Market Cafe that we definitely asked for every time and they were Sergio, Humberto, Antonio and Cesar! They all bent over backwards to make sure we had anything and everything we needed! Amazing staff means a lot to us along with the beautiful resort and awesome restaurants!

Eu só fiquei aqui uma vez, mas deixou uma ótima impressão. A localização era ótima, mas os toques como a mesa de pingue-pongue ao ar livre ou o tabuleiro de xadrez gigante eram bastante agradáveis. Os quartos viveram até a classificação por estrelas online e a comida era ótima! Na primeira noite em que estivemos aqui, fomos entretidos por um show de artistas de fogo, que valeu muito a pena. Você não pode errar com um resort com tudo incluído, mas havia atividades suficientes à noite para manter a estadia uma experiência divertida, mesmo depois que a maior parte da cidade morre.

Acabamos de voltar de Secrets Vallarta Bay e tivemos uma viagem incrível. Fomos com nossos melhores amigos e todos adoramos. Os jardins e os quartos eram bonitos. A comida e o atendimento top. Do Check-in ao Check-out, a equipe está no topo de tudo e muito atenciosa. Nossos servidores na piscina, Junior e Manuel tornaram nossa viagem muito divertida. Nossas bebidas estavam sempre cheias e eles não podiam fazer o suficiente para nós. Giovanni Lopez nos cumprimentou na chegada e fez check-in conosco diariamente para garantir que tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos. Não podemos esperar para voltar!

Este resort é lindo. Eu fiquei em alguns no México, bem como na América Central e no Caribe, e este tinha que ser o mais limpo e melhor conservado. A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa, as bebidas são ótimas e a comida é espetacular. Nós amamos o restaurante francês e italiano também!O lado dos segredos era livre para crianças !! O pôr do sol era incomparável. Eu recomendo Daniel (servidor) como ele nos ajudou com todos os nossos alimentos e bebidas diariamente :) 10/10, estará de volta algum dia !!

Excelente opción para unas vacaciones solo adultos, las instalaciones están muy cool y el ambiente es para Jovenes. Y si eres socio UVC, no te vas a querer ir.

Muy mal educados los de seguridad, el servicio de bar en la alberca, no te atienden si no son "tu" mesero, en mi desayuno me salió una uña, total ubieran sido unas desastrosas vacaciones, ( ayudo la buena vibra de mis 40 acompañantes)

Excelente opción si lo que se desea es un lugar de descanso, comodidad, buena comida y servicio excelente por parte del personal. Con un rápido servicio a la habitación y un restaurante espectacular que es Oceana se destaca este atractivo turístico para adultos (sin niños). Al inicio de la experiencia (15:45 hrs.) tuvimos un percance, del área de alberca desaparecieron nuestras batas con mi celular y lentes de contacto dentro, cigarros y etc afortunadamente el personal se hizo cargo de la situación y al día siguiente en punto de las 8:34am llamaron a nuestra habitación para hacernos entrega del celular y lentes únicamente, agradecidos con Verónica Concierge y su equipo. Nos vemos pronto TSBPV.

Estuve aquí en 2021. Todo excelente, podemos visitar y hacer uso de instalaciones de hotel Dreams sin costo alguno, en cambio si te hospedas en hotel Dreams no aplican los mismos beneficios, no sé por qué. Muy lindas habitaciones, creo que un poco más amplias que en Dreams. No se permiten niños, las instalaciones son un poco más limpias y todo se veun poco más ordenado y tranquilo que en hotel Dreams. Si vienes y te hospedas en Hotel Dreams puedes pagar el acceso VIP y así hacer uso de intalaciones de Hotel Secrets, vale muchísimo la pena.Este año elegí hospedarme en Hotel Dreams y mi experiencia no es mala, pero prefiero mil veces las habitaciones e instalaciones de Secrets

El SPA bien excelente, El restaurante frances muy bien, los meseros muy atentos y amables, el restaurante de desayunos bien, pero una cena q nos vendieron con vista al mar nada que ver solo nos abrocharon con una botella carisima ( unas 5 veces el valor comercial), la langosta nada que ver; por otro lado el agua de la alberca asquerosamente sucia ( habia materia medio sospechosa flotando), el servicio del bar de alberca fatal, pedia algo y parecian olvidarlo, en el lobby antes habia meseros, en fin lamentablemente esta visita no fue nuestra mejor experiencia

El servicio secrets bajo mucho su calidad. Las toallas de playa y alberca se perciben viejas. Los baños cercanos a la alberca los encontré varias veces sin papel o sucios. Las bebidas se notan de mala calidad y mal preparadas. Si quieres que tu cerveza este sabrosa pide la lata o te darán de maquinita lo mismo que las sodas. La comida de los restaurantes me dejo mucho que desear, ejemplo en el japonés nos dieron un tempura crudo que nadie de la mesa se termino. En el Tamarindo nos dieron una margarita que no sabia ni siquiera a Jamaica y la comida muy raquitica. Yo he estado en secrets Huatulco varias veces y en Cancun y he notado esa baja progresiva de calidad, pero acá en Vallarta si lo sentí demasiado.

I have only stayed here once, but it left a great impression.The location was great, but the touches like the outdoor ping pong table or giant chess board were pretty nice.The rooms lived up to the star rating online and the food was GREAT!The first night we were here, we were entertained by a show of fire performers, which was way worth it.You can't go wrong with an all inclusive resort, but there were enough activities at night to keep the stay a fun experience even after most of the city dies down.

So overall I like this place.The location is great and the property is nice with great access to beach front.The restaurants are nice and the food is pretty good for an all inclusive.My one complaint is the musty smell of the rooms.The AC automatically shuts off when you are not in the room so the rooms take a while to cool off when you come into the room and that contributes to the musty odor.We had to ask for a dehumidifier to help the smell but it didn't take it completely away.The rooms are nice but they could use a little updating.But if you can get past that then this is a really nice place to stay.I'd definitely come back.

We just returned from Secrets Vallarta Bay and we had an amazing trip. We went with our best friends and we all loved it. The grounds and rooms were beautiful. The food and service top notch. From Check in to Check out, the staff is on top of everything and very attentive. Our servers at the pool, Junior and Manuel made our trip so much fun. Our drinks were always full and they couldn't do enough for us. Giovanni Lopez greeted us upon arrival and checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!

This resort is beautiful. I’ve stayed at a few in Mexico as well as Central America and the Caribbean, and this had to be the cleanest and best kept. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the drinks are great and the food is spectacular. We loved the French restaurant and Italian as well! Secrets side was kids free !! The sunsets were unmatched. I would highly recommend Daniel ( server) as he helped us with all our food and drinks daily :) 10/10, will be back some day !!

Este é um hotel com tudo incluído muito bom. As áreas comuns são lindas. Os quartos eram muito espaçosos e vistas agradáveis. Conseguimos um ótimo negócio através das companhias aéreas da Southwest, então não podemos reclamar muito. Escolhemos porque era apenas para adultos (sem crianças). No entanto descobrimos que metade do hotel (chamado Dreams ) era para famílias. Portanto, embora as áreas da piscina sejam separadas, a maioria dos restaurantes terá crianças lá. O atendimento é bom, todos os funcionários são extremamente solícitos. Eu gostaria de ter uma orientação melhor para entender toda a oferta assim que chegamos. Em vez disso, recebemos a introdução tipicamente upsell para nos fazer mudar para quartos mais caros e coisas padrão de "compartilhamento de tempo". Uma vez que descobrimos tudo o que eles tinham a oferecer com a nossa estadia padrão. estávamos bem com as comodidades e ofertas. A excursão Ritmo da Noite é imperdível!!

This is a really nice all inclusive hotel.Common areas are gorgeous. Rooms were very roomy and nice views . We got a great deal through Southwest airlines so we can't complain much. We chose it because it was adult only( no kids).However we discovered that half the hotel (called Dreams ) was for families.So although the pool areas are separated, most of the restaurants will have kids there.The service is good , all staff is extremely accommodating .I would have liked to have a better orientation to understand all the offering once we arrived.Instead we were given the typically upsell intro to get us to move to more expensive rooms and standard "time share" stuff.Once we figured out all they had to offer with our standard stay.we were good with the amenities and offering. Rhythm of the Night excursion is a must!!

I am saying good because there were some things about our stay that were below average. I have always complemented the people in Mexico for the way they cook fish. I do not go down there to eat beef because I come from an area of the United States where we have the best beef in the world. I ordered fish five of the six days I was there and it was either over cooked or undercooked. A big disappointment for me. The Maids were excellent. The service was very good and everyone on the staff seem to really care about our satisfaction. I love the bartenders. We love the barefoot Grill. Went to Oceana on the terrace for dinner and what a wonderful time. Met some of the most wonderful people. We have been to places we enjoyed much more and will not be returning to Secrets in Puerto Vallarta anytime soon. The repetitive loud music carried on well into the night and being daytime people we were not very appreciative. I sincerely hope this review will give you some insight into how to improve other peoples stay at your resort.

We had a fantastic getaway from the Canadian winter following a 2 year lock down. So many good things to say about the food and staff at this location. The room facilities needed some work, hence the lower review but what the facilities lacked the food and friendly staff made up for. Google needs half star ratings. I'd give it a 4.5. The beach was nice but if you are looking for the ocean experience the east coast is better. Although the city of Puerto Vallarta is beautifully situated amongst the mountains. So much culture in this city if you are willing to explore.

Primeira vez com tudo incluído - provavelmente nunca mais fará isso. Não consigo ver por que alguém iria gostar disso. Comida e bebida - tudo é tão doce. O serviço de quarto foi um concorrente para a pior refeição que já me deram. 3 dias aqui e cada dia houve um momento em que lutamos para encontrar um restaurante aberto. A área da piscina está lotada, sem cadeiras abertas, as batidas do clube de dança tocando o dia todo. Spa foi bom, mas você paga extra por isso. A equipe foi geralmente amigável. Em geral, este lugar parece uma série de salas de espera, seguidas por experiências fabricadas e sem brilho. Minha culpa por pensar que seria diferente. Apenas tentando entender por que alguém iria querer fazer isso. Talvez porque seja um lugar seguro para ficar beligerantemente bêbado? .. Se não é isso que você quer para suas férias, alugue um bom quarto de hotel por muito menos dinheiro e vá comer em qualquer um dos restaurantes incríveis e com preços razoáveis nesta cidade.

Primeira vez em um resort Secrets. Se Hospedaram no "preferencial" área, teve um ótimo. Restaurantes/comida foi ótimo, bebidas também. Se quiser uma espreguiçadeira ao redor das piscinas/praia chegue cedo! O único grande contra que vou trazer sobre este lugar (motivo para apenas 4 estrelas), é a constante pergunta sobre fazermos uma "reunião de café da manhã" / "planejamos nos tornar membros". No final sentamos com alguém, mas foi no último dia, depois de conhecermos o resort. Todos em todos tivemos um grande momento e voltaria.

First time at a Secrets resort. Stayed in the "Preferred" area, had a great time overall. Restaurants/Food was great, drinks were good too. If you want a lounge chair around the pools/beach get there early! Only major con that I will bring up about this place (reason for only the 4 stars), is the constant asking about us doing a "breakfast meeting"/"do we plan to become members". In the end we sat down with someone, but it was on the last day, after we experienced the resort. All in all had a great time and would come back.

First time at an all-inclusive - probably won’t ever do it again. Can’t see why anyone would enjoy this. Food and drink - everything is so sweet. Room service was a contestant for the worst meal I’ve ever been given. 3 days here and each day there was a time where we struggled to find a restaurant open. Pool area is crowded, no chairs open, dance club beats playing all day. Spa was nice, but you pay extra for it. Staff was generally friendly. In general, this place just feels like a series of waiting rooms, followed by lackluster, manufactured experiences. My fault for thinking it would be otherwise. Just trying to understand why anyone would want to do this. Maybe cuz it’s a safe place to get belligerently drunk?.. If that’s not what you want for your vacation, rent a nice hotel room for significantly less money and go eat at any of the amazing, reasonably-priced restaurants in this city.
