“Tuvimos una experiencia realmente mala en este hotel. Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas, lo haría. Pedimos servicio de limpieza dentro de la semana que estuvimos allí y todos se negaron a ir. En segundo lugar, los dos tipos de cremas para café habían caducado durante más de 6 meses. Por último, la Sra. Jo fue muy grosera y poco profesional, y los empleados cuando se les pide papel higiénico, te mostrarán actitud y asentirán con la cabeza, muy poco amigables. Además, nunca recibió servicio de limpieza en toda la semana. Cortaron nuestra reserva. 0/10 recomendar Los dos caballeros del turno de noche son amables.”

“La recepción fue muy atenta y servicial. Siempre soy cauteloso acerca de dónde me alojo por razones de seguridad y limpieza, y el caballero del escritorio incluso se tomó el tiempo para mostrarme una habitación para que me sintiera mejor. Había un guardia de seguridad, estacionamiento, desayuno ... los jardines están muy limpios y bien cuidados y mi habitación era increíble! No podría estar más feliz. Extremadamente limpio y la cama era muy cómoda. El diseño también fue genial, fue perfecto y lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Gracias Sonesta, ¡mi estancia en el Día de la Madre fue increíble!”
