“One of my best experiences for a 5-star hotel. All the staff were genuinely nice and wanted to help. Specifically, the weekend we stayed the weather was on the colder end. However, all the pool staff still showed the willingness to assist and even tried to strike a conversation. Not only there's a pool for entertainment, but a game/movie room, toy room for children, nice Expresso machines in the hotel rooms, walking path around the hotel, and even a free shuttle to the other hotel by the beach.”
