“This is how a resort should be done! Top notch service from the moment you arrive. Everyone is friendly, smiling and make you feel welcome. The staff seems to be genuinely happy with what they do...as much as one can be when working. Valet, bell captain and registration staff were all very helpful.
The location and views are absolutely spectacular. Food and service in the lobby bar is very good. The breakfast buffet is huge and very, very good. Our server, both mornings, was very good, very friendly and informative about local culture, local food and customs.
The same can be said for all of the lobby bar staff. They were friendly, interactive and informative about local things to do and sights to see.
The concierge was very helpful in helping to select important and/or pleasant heritage sights to visit on a compressed schedule. Provided materials, maps to ease the tour.
My rental car had a flat on the last morning there. HERTZ roadside service wanted €80 to come change the tire. A valet at the hotel, in full uniform, insisted on changing it for me and tried to refuse the modest €30 tip for doing it.
The property is also close to the hot entertainment and dining section of the city.

“Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beds were plush and comfy. In a family room we had 2 queen beds. Gorgeous location right on the water. Breakfast was fantastic - lots to choose from and we enjoyed sitting outside by the pool. Plenty of towels, complimentary bottled water, and free parking on site. The club lounge offered breakfast in the morning and wine and appetizers in the evening. Offerings in the club lounge were a bit limited (other than breakfast only 6-8 pm) but it was a nice view! Enjoyed the pianist in the lobby in the evening. Great amenities, comfortable well-appointed rooms! A great place to stay!”
