“Great location, warm welcome at the lobby and big room with decent view (11th floor so partial see view). But... the room's floor was very dirty: our foot were black by just walking 5 minutes in the room. I think it was a room that wasn't used for a long time. Also for an hotel of this grade we were surprised by the lack of basic stuff: no hair dryer, nothing to hang towels in the bathroom, no locker, only 1 nigh table, very thin windows (you actually hear all the Copacabana noise, even on the 11th floor)”
