“No entiendo como la cadena Hilton puede mantener abierto un Hotel tan asqueroso y con tan pésimo costumer service. Esto le continúa dando mala reputación a la cadena Hilton.Es un peligro dormir en este hotel, las habitaciones sucias. Llenas de Moho, cucarachas, sabanas manchadas, aire acondicionado inservible y cuando vas a reclamar te tratan como una basura, yo pague por un servicio que nunca recibí y además fui maltratado junto a mi familia, mi hijo de apenas 11 años salió enfermo de allí.”

“El hotel tiene una buena ubicación y la recepción es muy amplia. El parqueadero tiene un costo adicional de USD 21/día, algo que no es claro al momento de reservar. La habitación carece de ventilación, huele a humedad y encierro, la alfombra del piso da asco de lo sucia que estaba. El desayuno incluido es un engaño... dista mucho de ser un desayuno. Te ofrecen el desayuno completo si pagas USD 15/persona-día adicionales a lo que ya pagaste en la reserva. Decepcionante!”
