Este Hotel é super novo e muito aconchegante. Com opções de quartos com e sem cozinha americana com camas king dizer e roupa de cama muito limpa e de altíssima qualidade. Possui piscina e café da manhã continental grátis para os hóspedes. Pessoal da recepção muito cordial e prontos a resolver problemas e ajudar no que for necessário. Possui lavanderia para os hóspedes self service ao custo de 2.00 dólares para lavar e o mesmo valor para secar. Perfeito para quem quer viajar com pouca roupa e o melhor de tudo ao lado do parque Sea World em Orlando.

We stayed at this Hilton for one night before our Disney trip so we could go to Sea World. Our room was clean and spacious and the staff at the hotel was nice and friendly. We took longer than expected to leave our room and do check out, so the automatic system made our cards stop working. The lady at front desk had no problem to update them and make them work again so we could finish picking up. I think that was pretty nice as it was totally on us because we lost track of time. My personal favorite is the food at breakfast. I have been to a lot of Hampton Inn that include free breakfast and here they had the best stuff so far. I would definitely go back!

From the time we checked into the time we left everyone here was very nice. The room was perfect, the view was great, the pool was great and everyone I talked to was friendly. The breakfast was exactly what I expected and I will definitely stay here in the future if need.

Rocio, Manager, was very friendly and professional during check in/out. She always had a smile on her face. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. I would give this place zero stars if I could write a review without giving any stars. I had a family emergency and they stated they couldn’t give me a refund. So I left it at that. I checked in the night before my visit. Next day my reservation was gone and they wouldn’t give me a room at the same rate. I have to provide proof of a sick loved one. I can but it’s the principal of the matter. I know they had no problem renting the room to someone else. I will never do business with Hilton Honors again. The customer service representative talked over me when I was stating my issues. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. Not now!!

I always have a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms are wonderful, always clean and hotel premises are kept immaculate. Customer service is always exceptional, management and every staff member is incredibly helpful, and extremely accommodating. Plus, breakfast is always great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Orlando area!!!

I really have no complaints. The hotel was very clean, and beautiful inside. The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was awesome with different options everyday. The staff was exceptional any time of the day. I would definitely stay again.

If you are visiting Orlando, especially Sea World, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff go out of their way to help and the hotel is really clean. Our bed was comfortable, and the pillows were great! Breakfast was overall pretty good. We were there for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time there

Just stayed here. If I could give more stars I would. The rooms were clean. The self serve breakfast was clean and food tasted good. Front desk was very pleasant and helped out with questions we had. Definitely would stay here again.

If you are visiting any theme parks, this hotel is a very good option. Sea World is literally around the corner (you could walk), while Disney and Universal are about twenty minutes away. The hotel's location and overall value of the room will help maximize your vacation budget. All of the front desk staff that I encountered were helpful and friendly. While checking in, the overnight attendant proactively explained changes to housekeeping and maintenance due to it being New Year's Eve weekend; that helped manage expectations during the first few days of my stay. My initial refrigerator didn't work, but after a call to the front desk, it was replaced within 30 minutes. The rooms were clean with minimal wear and tear, while the mattresses and linens were very comfortable. The free breakfast was a perk. The food was basic (but good quality), and it definitely beat spending an extra $10-$15 for a much smaller breakfast at a theme park. The CVS directly behind the hotel makes it easy to take care of last minute needs for snacks and sundries. The hotel has a gym and pool; both are clean and very small, so they're adequate. I would gladly stay here again!

Eu nunca fui tão maltrada em toda minha vida em um hotel por uma funcionaria Estefania Bodart! Ela me tratou muito mal, falou grosso e gritou comigo! Eu nunca mais fico nesta rede de hoteis por ela! Es un hotel muy conveniente por la cercanía a los parques. Es muy limpio, las personas muy amables , además muy tranquilo. Recomendado para las personas que quieren descansar después de un dia de parques. El desayuno muy temprano. Y el Wi-fi es regular.

Muy satisfecha Habíamos leído críticas por ruido pero no fue nuestra experiencia. Limpios, respetan los protocolos, espacioso, amables. Nos recibieron paquetes de Amazon sin costo adicional Solo un altercado con la ducha pero nos cambiaron de habitación

Fui a este lugar, me gusta el buffet. Solo que entre a la habitación 101, estaba tapado el baño, esa noche no nos pudimos bañar al día siguiente le dije a la chica de recepción, y dijo si debe ser incómodo bañarse así, no se disculpó ni nada.. sumado a eso la habitación no estaba tan limpia, la mesa donde va el teléfono estaba sucia, y el cojín también. Pase la noche un poco asqueada y muy incómoda

Buena relación calidad precio. Todo se entrega limpio, sin embargo por medidas covid no hacen limpieza a menos que lo solicites en front desk. Desayuno incluido es self service, pero todo está empaquetado y proveen toallas desinfectantes para las mesas y sillas. La cama, sábanas, colchón y toallas en muy buen estado y suaves. Pará mi gusto el colchón muy suave pero OK. Volvería a hospedarme aquí

Llegué el 31 de diciembre tarde y con toda mi familia y al entrar nos atendió una señorita venezolana super bien muy amable excelente servicio felicito al hotel por tener a tan buen personal atendió todas las necesidades de toda mi familia y niños .
