Quartos limpos, bastante coberta, perto de tudo, deu pra conhecer a cidade a pé e bem em frente tinha um mercado. Atendentes super atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom e quando fixamos check out cedo fizeram um kit café pra levarmos. Pontos negativos e que é bem baixo o teto, quem tem mais de 1,80 vai achar ruim, e a iluminação é fraca nos quartos, mas pelo que vimos toda cidade é assim.

Muy lindo el hotel, las personas fueron muy amables Kenya Dann Johnnatan, me gustó mucho que respondían oportunamente a mis inquietudes y no dude en hospedarme y fue la mejor decisión, muy a gusto durante mi estadía en Cusco, habitación acogedora, camas muy confortables, desayuno rico...lo mejor está muy bien ubicado y cerca hay buenos lugares para comer algo rico y tomarse una deliciosa Cusqueña negra

Hubo muy buena atención de la chica, la habitación estaba limpia, cada cama tenía muchas capas de cobijas porque el frío se siente mucho en Cusco. Laubicación es ideal, está a una cuadra y media de la plaza de armas, varios restaurantes y puntos interesantes.Lo único que si recomendaría sería variar el desayuno, nos pareció muy simple, estaría bien incluir huevos revueltos, algún jugo o fruta. Porque cuando son varias noches si hace falta variar más, y también dar más rollos de papel, ya que eramos 3 personas y estaban muy chicos sus rollos, no duraban nada mejor terminamos comprando los nuestros. De ahí en más todo bien.

Pouca variedade no café da manhã, mas atendimento excelente. O quarto era um pouco abafado, o que fez minha família toda ficar com a rinite atacada durante toda a estadia. Os funcionários são ótimos.

Basic hotel/hostel with few amenities but comfy beds, fantastic breakfast and friendly attentive staff. The front desk staff speak fluent English and were helpful when I needed to print some documents, wake up early for a trek and stash luggage while I was away for several days. The only reason I took away one star was because it was a bit noisy after hours and the walls are quite thin. Additionally, there was quite a bit of construction going on during our stay. They seem to be adding another floor, so there was some noise and mess due to this during the day. Overall a great stay at an excellent price! Plus they gave us little alpaca key chains as parting gifts after our stay.

Excellent service! Small hotel with comfortable room. Was able to arrange 5 people in a room. Staff was friendly, professional and responsive. Free breakfast every morning, fresh fruit juice, coffee, fresh bread, cheese, ham,fresh scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. On days we had early tours they packed a bagged lunch for us which was great!! The towels were not the greatest so if you really care for that then bring your own. Overall excellent hotel.

I was travelling with 3 other friends, and we had a nice, large space that was clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly, helpful, and were provided complimentary breakfast.They have a lovely common space/quad between the rooms and a separate dining room with tea & coffee available. They were also accommodating and helped to get us a cab to get to the airport.We had a lovely stay and met other friendly travelers. Thank you so much for your hospitality. :)

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff 24/7. Carpet was filthy as were the bedspreads. The rooms are tiny for 3. Overall, a good place if location is your thing.

We booked a double room.for four nights prior to a trek so we could aclimatise. We checked in and unpacked and all seemed fine until renovations began on the roof above our room. It was so loud we could not utilise the room during the day, not good when you want to relax and aclimatise. We complained and were offered a tiny rom with paint peeling off the roof and that was filthy and still had garbage in the room. The place was very noisy even when renovating had stopped as people were coming and going all night and getting up at 3am to go on treks and tours, no insulation means you can hear hear everything from rooms both sides of you. Staff were nice as was the location and breakfast, its just a pity the profit is obviously put before guests in thi s hotrl. Only stay hear if you can handle a lot of noise, there are a lot of other places in Cusco...very unimpressed!!!!

Okay, it is not a 3-star hotel, but this place is great. They treated us well and were very accommodating. The breakfast food was good, the people were friendly, and its location is great. The rooms are a bit tight, but this is a hostel, not a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
