Por favor, tenho uma reserva para os dias 22 a 25 de março no La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Las Vegas Tropicanae gostaria de saber se posso levar no dia 18 de março e guardar 4 malas no hotel até o dia da minha chegada.

The property and room were filthy, and that's the nicest thing I can say. There was a janitor there that followed and harassed me. Constantly asking what room I was in and when he should swing by. When I wasn't giving him the answers he wanted, he tried to follow me back to my room. I've never felt so unsafe in a hotel. If you need even more feedback: the shower let off a high pitched loud whistle when in use, the fire alarm went off for a few minutes at random times, the pool area was gross and the jacuzzi was drained and taped off, and there was drug deals going on in the parking lot.

Este lugar aceita animais de estimação e é por isso que eu apareci. Quando cheguei ao meu quarto, percebi rapidamente que esta era definitivamente a LaQuinta mais suja que já estive. Fomos enviados para o porão devido a termos um animal de estimação e estava tão abafado que meu animal de estimação e minha mãe estavam tendo problemas respiratórios. Ele diz não-fumantes, mas todos estavam fumando em seus quartos, parecia porque cheirava a fumaça de cigarro forte. Então, eles também não estão equipados com elevadores, portanto, se você tiver pessoas em seu grupo com deficiências móveis, pule-o. No quarto meu abajur quebrou quando o liguei e os tapetes estavam imundos. Sem café da manhã quente. Eles só tinham waffles e nada mais para acompanhar. O café estava frio e raramente há alguém na recepção. Super desgostoso com essa LaQuita.

hospedado aqui duas vezes. Primeira vez sem check-in antecipado, o que foi bom. A qualidade do quarto era boa, mas havia uma prateleira quebrada no banheiro e o ferro não funcionava. Levei uma hora e meia para conseguir outro. Na segunda vez que fiquei, apareci um pouco depois do horário do check-in e ainda tive que esperar uma hora para pegar meu quarto, pois eles ainda precisavam limpá-lo. O assento do vaso estava quebrado e novamente as prateleiras do banheiro estavam quebradas. O café da manhã não vale a pena, apenas waffles, cereais, iogurte e torradas. Recomendaria ficar em outro lugar, se possível, a única razão pela qual fiquei aqui foi por pontos e pela localização.

This place is pet friendly which is why I showed up. When I got to my room I quickly realized this was definitely the dirtiest LaQuinta I have been too. We were sent to the basement due to us having a pet and it was so stuffy my pet & my Mother were having breathing problems. It says non-smoking but everyone was smoking in their rooms it seemed because it smelled of strong cigarette smoke. Then, they also are not equipped with elevators so if you have people in your group that have mobile disabilities then skip it. In the room my lamp broke when I turned it on and the carpets were filthy. No hot breakfast. They just had waffles and nothing else to go with it. The coffee was cold and there is rarely anyone at the front desk. Super disgusted with this LaQuita.

Stayed here twice. First time no early check in which was fine. Quality of room was OK but there was a broken shelf in the bathroom and the iron didn't work. Took me an hour and a half to get another one. Second time I stayed I showed up a little after check in time and still had to wait an hour to get my room since they still needed to clean it. Toilet seat was broken and again the shelving in the bathroom was broken. Breakfast isn't really worth it, just waffles, cereal, yogurt and toast. Would recommend staying elsewhere if possible, the only reason I stayed here was for points and the location.

Amar!!! Super suave e extremamente limpo. Aprecie um check-in sem complicações! Gostei dos produtos de cabelo de Paul Mitchell e do café da manhã. Viajar com 2 cães ficou muito mais fácil e gostava de fugir da loucura da Strip. Def vai ficar esta noite, talvez mais?

Dont book at this hotel. The service is horrible and the location is the worst I have ever experienced for a La Quinta. I stayed herebecause I never had a problem with LQ hotels. Staff is ok but Jojo has zero customer services skills. Gives attitude and just does not want to help. The jacuzzi has yellow tape all around it because it does not work. The breakfast was bad. Ran out of syrup, they did not have milk for the cereal, ran out of waffle mix, ran out of coffee just a very bad experience. Had a huge security problem and had to switch rooms, but the room they moved us into had no bed for my daughter to sleep in. Jojo was upset that they moved us when "the problem could have been fixed in the morning" just overall ZERO starts if I could. Not staying at another La Quinta again VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Love!!! Super mellow and extremely clean. Appreciate a no fuss check in! Enjoyed Paul Mitchell hair products and the breakfast in the morning. Made traveling with 2 dogs much easier and liked getting away from the craziness of the strip. Def will stay tonight, maybe longer?

Long black hairs all over the sheets and pillows, clearly not been washed. Driving across the country we are staying in all la quintas and they’re all nice but this one is disgusting. Pictures are not of the actual hotel.

😡 Depois de dirigir 15 horas, definitivamente não é isso que você quer ver quando estiver pronto para dormir. O quarto não estava totalmente limpo. Pedi à recepcionista que era uma boa ajuda para entrar e substituir todos os meus lençóis todos os meus travesseiros porque havia muito cabelo comprido e comprido e marcas de sujeira em todos os lugares e manchas marrons, migalhas de comida e batatas fritas honestamente nojentas 🤢 🤮 depois de dar uma olhada mais em volta encontrei uma peça de roupa que, meu palpite é que o último hóspede deixou suas calças aqui, encontrei ao lado da cama a prova de que não aspiraram ou limparam ao redor da cama e encontrei uma meia suja fedorenta que não é minha que era deixado pelo último convidado debaixo da cadeira, mais prova de que o serviço de limpeza não moveu a cadeira para limpar ao redor ou debaixo da cadeira. encontrei uma barata morta perto da pia, por cima de todas as toalhas novas, o banheiro cheira extremamente forte com cheiro de urina 🤢 como um 💎 membro de diamante, estou extremamente enojado e desapontado. Normalmente venho aqui todos os anos, esta deve ser a minha pior visita e estou ficando duas noites aqui, quase quero ir para outro lugar. Nojento

Eu fiquei mais de um mês no OUTRO La Quinta Inn's e decidi resgatar / usar meus pontos para ficar no La Quinta Inn & Suites por Wyndham LV Tropicana / Stadium. Senti que estava sendo punido por usar meus pontos e não ter que pagar. O quarto em que fui colocado parecia que não estava pronto para ser alugado ... Em resumo: Telefone ausente no quarto, sem despertador, cortina preta faltando, sem edredom na cama / sem saia na cama - literalmente apenas um lençol de cima, toalhas insuficientes, secador de cabelo, espelho do banheiro danificado, controle remoto da TV ausente para um dos dois, decoração faltando mancha na parede, cadeira ausente no quarto, pedaço de vidro no chão ao lado da cama, pedaço de vidro no banheiro (eu encontrei aquele com meu pé). Inicialmente reclamei para a recepção e foi praticamente dito que estávamos sem sorte, que as pessoas roubam coisas dos quartos, mas pelo menos veio com um edredom e mais toalhas. Reclamou novamente na manhã seguinte e a recepção forneceu-nos um secador de cabelo e novamente disse que eles têm problemas com pessoas roubando coisas dos quartos, mas não tinha certeza se deveria haver um telefone no quarto (sério?). Eles se ofereceram para trocar de quarto para nós quando tivessem feito a limpeza e tivessem um disponível - no entanto, eles nunca seguiram em frente e eu estava reclamando demais, sabendo que iria embora na manhã seguinte de qualquer maneira. Em geral, este hotel está abaixo da média para as marcas La Quinta e Wyndham, precisando de alguma manutenção geral, itens precisam ser estocados e substituídos quando necessário, tapetes precisam ser substituídos (também muito desgastados). São poucos os hotéis onde fico onde não quero andar descalço no meu quarto / casa de banho, este foi um deles! Os outros quartos que eu podia ver de relance do corredor enquanto as empregadas limpavam não pareciam tão degradados quanto o meu quarto ... Será que eles colocaram os pontos dos convidados no quarto que me deram?

I have stayed over a month at OTHER La Quinta Inn's and decided to redeem/use my points to stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham LV Tropicana/Stadium. I felt like I was being punished for using my points and not having to pay. The room I was put in seemed as though it was not ready for rent... In Summary: Missing Phone in room, no alarm clock, missing black out drape set, no comforter on bed/no bed skirt on bed-literally only a top sheet, not enough towels, no hairdryer, damaged bathroom mirror, missing TV remote for one of the two, spot on wall missing decoration, missing chair in room, glass piece on floor by bed, glass piece in bathroom (I found that one with my foot). Initially complained to front desk and was pretty much told we were out of luck, that people steal things from the rooms, but did at least come up with a comforter and more towels. Complained again the next morning and the front desk did provide us with a hairdryer and again said they have problems with people stealing things from the rooms, but weren't sure there should be a phone in the room (seriously?). They offered to switch rooms for us when they got done cleaning and had one available-However, they never followed through and I was over complaining, knowing I was leaving the next morning anyways. In general, this hotel is subpar for the La Quinta and Wyndham brand, in need of some general maintenance, items need stocked and replaced when needed, carpets need replaced (also very worn with wear). There are few hotels I stay at where I don't want to walk barefoot in my room/bathroom, this was one of them! Other rooms I could see from a glance from hallway while Maids were cleaning seemed not as run down as my room... Maybe they put the points guests in the room they gave me?

😡 After driving 15 hours this is definitely not what you want to see when you're ready to go to sleep. Room not fully cleaned I had the front desk night lady she was good help come in and replace all my sheets all my pillows because there was a lot of small and long hair and dirt marks everywhere and brown stains food crumbs and french fries honestly gross 🤢🤮 after looking around more I found piece of clothing that my guess is that the last guest left their pants here found next to the bed proof that they did not vacuum or clean around the bed and found a smelly dirty sock that is not mine that was left from the last guest underneath the chair more proof housekeeping did not move the chair to clean around or underneath the chair. found a dead cockroach near the sink hair all over the new towels the bathroom smells extremely heavy in urine smell 🤢 as a 💎 diamond member I am extremely disgusted and disappointed. I normally come here every year this has to be my worst visit and I'm staying two nights here I almost want to check out go somewhere else. Nasty

O preço é um ótimo valor. Aviso para manter tudo escondido e fora de vista muito apreciado. A equipe não está satisfeita com o café da manhã. Os clientes sentiram que não éramos bem-vindos e um incômodo para a equipe. Cama tinha barras para tropeçar na cama. Manchas na cadeira de carpete com migalhas. A cortina do chuveiro tinha mofo. Teve três alarmes de incêndio diferentes disparados em uma noite. Não vou voltar a este local.

The price is a great value. Warning to keep everything hidden and out out sight much appreciated. Staff not happy with breakfast. Patrons felt we were not welcome and a bother to the staff. Bed had bars sticking out to trip on from bed. Stains on carpet desk chair with crumbs. Shower curtain had mold on it. Had three different fire alarms go off in one night. Will not go back to this location.

Excelente atención al cliente. Personal amable y atento. Desayuno incluido muy completo, va mas allá que en otros hospedajes. Un lugar confortable, limpio, tranquilo y moderno. Excelente para familias completas. Con piscina techada. A una calle de la via principal de la ciudad.Tiene restaurantes y establecimientos todo cerca del hotel puedes moverte a pie para comer o divertirte.

Es un hotel limpio,agradable y bastante tranquilo. Está apartado del mogollón de Las Vegas pero no lejos de él, por lo que es una buena opción para dormir fuera del ajetreo y al mismo tiempo llegar en minutos a los sitios. Andando estaba a unos 30 minutos, en coche a unos 10. Tiene una piscina climatizada y jacuzzi. El recepcionista Damien es genial, nos hizo muy amena la estancia y nos informó de sitios que visitar.

Todo muy bien .Los cuartos limpios y tranquilos pet friendly. La alberca muy tranquil a el desayuno muy Bueno. Pero la receptionists una mujer de color .Muy despota .triztemente no es la primera vez que me atiende ella. Muy grosera despota y nunca deja el celular ni para atendernos muy mala atencion al cliente 😕
